Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.被測定アナライトに対する透過性を有するマトリクス内に、蛍光指示薬が固 定されている前記アナライトの濃度を測定する高感度単層システム製造方法であ って、 前記蛍光指示薬は、フィラー物質上に吸着され、前記透過性マトリクス物質に 混合され、この混合物は、圧力の作用で基板上に押し出され、層厚さと層形状が 設定され、 前記マトリクス物質は、共重合、共縮合、または固化され、この層は、蛍光指 示薬溶液中で膨張することにより均質化されることを特徴とする高感度単層シス テム製造方法。 2.前記混合物は、12×104〜20×104Paの供給圧力で前記基板上に押 圧されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高感度単層システム製造方法。 3.前記蛍光指示薬と、前記フィラー物質と、前記マトリクス物質との混合物は 、鋳型内で圧縮されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記 載の高感度単層システム製造方法。 4.前記透過性マトリクス物質を膨張させるために、10-1〜10-6モル濃度の 蛍光指示薬含有溶液が用いられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のい ずれか一つの項に記載の高感度単層システム製造方法。 5.前記高感度層は、前記透過性マトリクス中の前記蛍光指示薬の全濃度が10-1 〜10-6mol/lであり、 シリカゲルや多孔質ガラスである前記フィラー物質は、前記マトリクス中の重 量比が5〜65%であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一 つの項に記載の方法により製造される高感度単層システム。 6.前記蛍光指示薬は、酸素濃度を決定するために、ルテニウム−ジアミン複合 体であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の高感度単層システム。 7.前記透過性マトリクスは、ポリシロキサン、望ましくはポリジメチルシロキ サンから形成されることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6のいずれかに記載 の高感度単層システム。 8.前記高感度層は、光学的に透明な、または、反射する基板上に形成されるこ とを特徴とする請求項5ないし請求項7のいずれか一つの項に記載の高感度単層 システム。 9.前記基板は、光ファイバー、光ファイバー束、板材、部材、レンズ、GRI Nレンズ、プリズム、または、統合された光学的構造物であることを特徴とする 請求項5ないし請求項8のいずれか一つの項に記載の高感度単層システム。
