Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.パイプのような押し出し加工されるプラスチック・ストリングの外径及び 内径を調整するための管状キャリブレーション装置であって、列となるように並 置された割りリング部品でキャリブレーション管が形成されており、キャリブレ ーション管がその軸方向に見て閉じた管形状をなすように、前記割りリング部品 の割れ目が周縁方向において全体に互い違いに配置されており、キャリブレーシ ョン管に沿って延び、リング部品の全てに一斉に影響を及ぼし、これらのリング 部品の有効直径、さらには、全体としてのキャリブレーション管の有効直径を調 整するように制御可能な調整手段が配置されていることを特徴とするキャリブレ ーション装置。 2.前記制御可能な調整手段が、ロッド部品の縦方向における相互変位によっ て、ロッド・システム全体の厚さを変化させることができるようにする、傾斜し た連係するかみ合わせを備えた、1対の向き合わせ配置されたロッドまたはビー ム部品から構成されるタイプのウェッジ型クランプ・ロッド・システムであり、 これらのロッド・システムが、リング部品によって形成された管のそれぞれの外 周領域と、そこから半径方向に間隔をあけて関連の搬送構造上に配置された固定 支持手段との間に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャリブレ ーション装置。 3.第1の組をなす前記クランプ・ロッドは、一方の端部が搬送構造に軸方向 に取り付けられ、もう1つの組をなす前記クランプ・ロッドは、保持構造にネジ で接続された保持部材に軸方向に取り付けられことを特徴とする請求項2に記載 のキャリブレーション装置。 4.クランプ・ロッドが、保持構造にしっかりと結合されたコア管に沿って、 互いに間隔をあけて取り付けられたいくつかの剛性ガイド・プレートの半径方向 に延びるノッチを通って延びていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のキャリブ レーション装置。 5.ガイド・プレートが、キャリブレーション装置の両端部における剛性端部 フランジ間に延びる支えボルトに固定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の キャリブレーション装置。
