Abstract

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.生物学的に分解できる材料のコアー層(11)と、このコアー層の両側に 付与されて良好な結合強度すなわち接着強度で中間に介在するコアー層(11) に結合される生物学的に分解できる材料の外層(12,14)とを含む液密パッ ケージ(22)を形成するためのパッケージ用積層材(10)であって、 同様な生物学的に分解できる材料からなり、コアー層(11)とそれぞれの外 層(12,14)との間に付与される結合剤すなわち接着剤の層(13,15) で前記外層(12,14)がコアー層(11)に結合されることを特徴とするパ ッケージ用積層材。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載されたパッケージ用積層材であって、それぞれの 生物学的に分解できる結合層(13,15)がエチルビニルアセテート共重合体 で構成されたことを特徴とするパッケージ用積層材。 3.請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載されたパッケージ用積層材であって 、それぞれの生物学的に分解できる結合層(13,15)が生物学的に分解でき る結合剤の水溶液をカバーすなわち被覆されて付与されることを特徴とするパッ ケージ用積層材。 4.請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのいずれか一項に記載されたパッケージ 用積層材であって、コアー層(11)の生物学的に分解できる材料が紙、厚紙な どのような木材パルプをもとにした繊維材料であることを特徴とするパッケージ 用積層材。 5.請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのいずれか一項に記載されたパッケージ 用積層材であって、コアー層(11)の生物学的に分解できる材料がバイオポリ マーであることを特徴とするパッケージ用積層材。 6.請求の範囲第5項に記載されたパッケージ用積層材であって、バイオポリ マーが脂肪族ポリエステル、ポリラクチド、および澱粉をもとにした材料を含む 群から選択されることを特徴とするパッケージ用積層材。 7.請求の範囲第5項または第6項に記載されたパッケージ用積層材であって 、コアー層(11)の生物学的に分解できる材料が発泡形成または膨張形成され た バイオポリマーで構成されることを特徴とするパッケージ用積層材。 8.請求の範囲第1項から第3項、または第5項から第7項までのいずれか一 項に記載されたパッケージ用積層材であって、コアー層(11)および外層(1 2,14)が押出し加工で形成されることを特徴とするパッケージ用積層材。 9.請求の範囲第1項に記載されたパッケージ用積層材(10'')を製造する 方法であって、紙または厚紙、すなわちバイオポリマーで作られたウェブ(11 '')がその片面または両面がエチルビニルアセテート共重合体の水溶液の薄い連 続した層(それぞれ13'',15'')で被覆され、被覆ウェブが水を除去(蒸発 )させるために乾燥され、また乾燥されたウェブが仕上げられて良好に一体化さ れたパッケージ用積層材(10'')を形成するためにウェブの両側に押出し加工 されたバイオポリマーの薄層(それぞれ12'',14'')でカバーされることを 特徴とする方法。 10.請求の範囲第1項に記載されたパッケージ用積層材(10’)を製造する 方法であって、紙または厚紙、すなわちバイオポリマーで作られたウェブ(11 ’)がその片面または両面がエチルビニルアセテート共重合体の水溶液の薄い連 続した層(それぞれ13’,15’)で被覆され、被覆ウェブが水を除去(蒸発 )させるために乾燥され、また乾燥されたウェブが仕上げられて良好に一体化さ れたパッケージ用積層材(10’)を形成するためにウェブの両側に予備形成さ れたバイオポリマーのウェブ形フィルム(それぞれ12’,14’)を当てられ て結合されることを特徴とする方法。 11.請求の範囲第9項または第10項に記載された方法であって、エチルビニ ルアセテート共重合体の水溶液がウェブ(11’,11'')の各面にそれぞれ0 .5〜5.0g/m2の範囲に対応する量で付与されることを特徴とする方法。 12.請求の範囲第10項に記載された方法であって、押出し加工されたバイオ ポリマーがポリラクチドで構成されたことを特徴とする方法。 13.液密のパッケージ容器(22)であって、生物学的に分解できる材料のコ アー層(11)と、このコアー層の両側に付与され、コアー層との間に備えられ た生物学的に分解できる材料の結合層(それぞれ13,15)によってコアー層 に結合される生物学的に分解できる材料の外層(それぞれ12,14)とを含む シートすなわちウェブ形のパッケージ用積層材(10)を折畳み形成し、熱密封 して製造されたことを特徴とする液密パッケージ容器。 14.請求の範囲第13項に記載された液密パッケージ容器であって、生物学的 に分解できる結合層がエチルビニルアセテート共重合体で構成されたことを特徴 とする液密パッケージ容器。 15.請求の範囲第1項から第8項までのいずれか一項に記載されたパッケージ 用積層材(10)の使用法であって、液密な生物学的に分解すなわち腐敗できる パッケージ容器(22)に使用する使用法。
