Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 流体を流すための第1口および第2口を有する室、 管状の人工補綴具を支持する大きさに構成された前記室内に配置された支 持構造、および 半径方向の応力を前記人工補綴具に付加する手段 を含んでなる装置。 2. 前記支持構造が第1位置と第2位置の間で移動可能である請求項1記載の 装置。 3. 前記応力付加手段が前記第1および第2位置の間で前記支持構造を移動す る手段を含む請求項2記載の装置。 4. 前記支持構造が管状部材内の圧力に応答して調整可能な外径をもつ膨張可 能な前記管状部材を含み、前記管状部材がその上に前記管状の人工補綴具を受け 入れるように調整されている請求項3記載の装置。 5. 前記移動手段が前記支持構造を前記第1位置から前記第2位置に移動させ るための、前記管状部材と連通する交番圧力源を含む請求項4記載の装置。 6. 前記支持構造が多孔性材料を含んでなる請求項1記載の装置。 7. 前記応力付加手段が流体流を前記支持構造を介して押し出す手段を含む請 求項6記載の装置。 8. 前記押し出し手段が交番圧力を出力するポンプを含む請求項7記載の装置 。 9. 流体を流すための第1口及び第2口を有する室、および 管状の人工補綴具を支持できる大きさに構成された前記室内に配置された 可変支持構造 を含み、 前記支持構造が第1位置と第2位置の間を移動可能であり、前記両位置間の前 記支持構造の移動により、該支持構造により支持された前記人工補綴具に加える 半径方向の応力が調整される装置。 10. 前記支持構造がその上に前記管状人工補綴具を受け入れるよう調整され ている伸縮部材を含む請求項9記載の装置。 11. 前記伸縮部材が伸縮管状部材を含み、その外径が該管状部材内の圧力に 応じて変化する請求項10記載の装置。 12. 前記伸縮管状部材が血管形成バルーンを含む請求項11記載の装置。 13. 前記第1位置から前記第2位置に前記支持構造を移動させるために、前 記管状部材と連通する交番圧力源をさらに含む請求項11記載の装置。 14. 前記交番圧力源が、 第1レベルの圧力および第2レベルの圧力を供給するポンプ、および 前記ポンプと前記支持構造の間に接続され、前記第1レベルの圧力と前記第2 レベルの圧力を交互に前記支持構造に付加する弁であって、前記第1レベルの圧 力が第1位置に相当し、前記第2レベルの圧力が第2位置に相当する前記弁 を含む請求項13記載の装置。 15. 前記弁が弁の開閉を調整するタイマーに接続されている請求項14記載 の装置。 16. 前記膨張可能管状部材の寸法が少なくとも第1位置において、前記管状 部材と人工補綴具が離れて、前記管状部材と前記人工補綴具の間に流体が循環で きる通路が画定されるように調整されている請求項11記載の装置。 17. 前記人工補綴具がグロメットにより前記支持構造上の適所に保持されて いる請求項16記載の装置。 18. 血管移植片を接種および培養する装置であって、 媒体を流せるように第1口および第2口を有する接種および培養する室を画定 するハウジング、 前記室に取り付けられた血管移植片支持構造であって、前記構造が前記第1お よび第2口間の媒体流が前記移植片の表面を循環できるように前記血管移植片を 支持するよう調整されている前記血管移植片支持構造、および、 第1位置から第2位置に前記血管移植片支持構造を交互に膨張させて、該移植 片に付加する半径方向の応力を調整する圧力源 を含む前記装置。 19. 前記血管移植片支持構造が柔軟(elastic)チューブを含む請求項18記 載の装置。 20. 前記圧力源が、 第1レベルの圧力および第2レベルの圧力を供給するポンプ、および 前記ポンプと前記支持構造の間に接続され、前記第1レベルの圧力と前記第2 レベルの圧力を前記支持構造に交互に付加する弁であって、前記第1レベルの圧 力が前記支持構造を第1位置に送り、前記第2レベルの圧力が前記支持構造を第 2位置に送る前記弁 を含む請求項19記載の装置。 21. 複数の前記ハウジングをさらに含む請求項18記載の装置。 22. 前記ハウジングの第1口および第2口が前記血管移植片を囲み、滅菌し 、 保存しおよび輸送するために密封可能な請求項18記載の装置。 23. 血管移植片を接種および培養する装置であって、 媒体を流せるように第1および第2口を有する接種および培養する室を画定す るハウジング、および、 前記室に装着された多孔性血管移植片支持構造であって、前記支持構造が、媒 体が前記第1口から前記多孔性支持構造を通って前記第2口に出るように前記第 1口に流動的に接続されている前記多孔性血管移植片支持構造 を含み、 前記支持構造を介する媒体流が前記支持構造に装着された血管移植片に半径方 向の応力を付加する前記装置。 24. 圧力を変えながら前記ハウジングに媒体流を送るポンプをさらに含む請 求項23記載の装置。 25. 前記ポンプが袋ポンプである請求項24記載の装置。 26. 前記支持構造が堅い多孔性チューブを含む請求項22記載の装置。 27. 前記支持構造が柔らかい多孔性チューブを含む請求項22記載の装置。 28. 管状人工補綴具を接種および培養する方法であって、 接種および培養のために流体媒体に前記人工補綴具をさらす工程、および、 前記接種および培養中に前記人工補綴具に半径方向の応力を付加して、前記人 工補綴具上の細胞を望ましい列に配置する工程 を含む前記方法。 29. 半径方向応力を付加する前記工程が、 支持構造上に前記人工補綴具を配置する工程、および、 前記半径方向応力が前記人工補綴具に付加されるように第1位置と第2位置の 間で前記支持構造を動かす工程 を含む請求項28記載の方法。 30. 前記支持構造が柔らかいチューブを含む請求項29記載の方法。 31. 前記支持構造を延ばす前記工程が、前記第1位置から前記第2位置に前 記チューブをポンプにより移動させる工程を含み、前記ポンプが第1レベルの圧 力および第2レベルの圧力を交互に供給する請求項30記載の方法。 32. 半径方向の応力を付加する前記工程が、 多孔性支持構造上に前記人工補綴具を配置する工程、および、 半径方向の応力が前記流体媒体から前記人工補綴具に付加されるように前記多 孔性支持構造を介して前記流体媒体を押し出す工程 を含む請求項28記載の方法。 33. 前記多孔性支持構造が堅い管状部材を含む請求項32記載の方法。 34. 管状人工補綴具を処置する方法であって、 流体媒体源を提供する行程、 前記媒体源から流体媒体を送りだして、流体流をつくりだす工程、 前記流体流と連通する媒体室中に前記人工補綴具を保持する工程、および、 前記流体流中で第1の収縮位置から第2の膨張位置への前記人工補綴具の移動 を調整する工程 を含む前記方法。 35. 前記人工補綴具の直径が前記人工補綴具の移動を調整する前記工程によ り変化する請求項34記載の方法。 36. 前記保持工程が前記室中の柔らかいチューブの上に前記人工補綴具を配 置する工程を含み、移動を調整する前記工程が第1の膨張位置から第2の収縮位 置に前記チューブを動かす工程を含む請求項35記載の方法。 37. 前記第1の膨張位置から前記第2の収縮位置に前記チューブを動かす前 記工程がポンプを使用して達成され、前記ポンプが第1レベルの圧力および第2 レベルの圧力を前記チューブに交互に供給する請求項36記載の方法。 38. 前記保持工程が前記室中の多孔性チューブ構造の上に前記人工補綴具を 配置する工程を含み、前記移動調整工程が様々な圧力で前記チューブ構造を通し て流体媒体を押し出す工程を含む請求項35記載の方法。 39. 前記チューブ構造を通して前記流体媒体を押し出す前記工程がポンプを 使用して達成され、前記ポンプが前記チューブ構造に第1レベルの圧力および第 2レベルの圧力を交互に供給する請求項38記載の方法。
