Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 分子量約31−33kDaを有するディ・イミティス(D.immitis)(イ ヌ糸状虫)由来の実質的に純粋な蛋白質であって、OvD 5BまたはDiT3 3に対して生成した抗血清と反応する前記蛋白質。 2. 単離するDNAをジロフィラリア・イミティス(Dirofilaria immitis) から得ることのできる、DiT33をコードする単離したDNA。 3. DiT33をコードするDNAセグメントを挿入したベクターを含んで成 る組み換えDNAベクター。 4. 単離するDNAをATCC登録番号98018から得ることのできる、D iT33をコードする単離したDNA。 5. 請求項4の単離したDNAを含んで成るクローニングベクター。 6. 請求項3または5のクローニングベクターにより形質転換される宿主細胞 。 7. DiT33を生産する方法であって、請求項3または5のベクターで形質 転換した宿主細胞を当該分子の発現に好適な 条件下で培養して成ることを特徴とする前記方法。 8. 哺乳類におけるイヌ糸状虫感染の免役診断法であって、i)DiT33抗 原またはii)DiT33、OvD5B、Ov33、Oc3.6又はその誘導体 もしくは断片から成る群から選ばれる抗原に反応性である抗体の存在を測定して 成る前記方法。
