Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ペーパーと接触する側と、前記ペーパーと接触する側の反対側の裏側とを 有する製紙用ベルトであって、前記製紙用ベルトが、 ペーパー側と、前記ペーパー側の反対側の機械側とを有する強化構造であって 、通気性が800cfm以上であり、繊維支持指数が75以上である前記強化構造 ;及び 前記強化構造へ接着され、かつ前記強化構造の前記ペーパー側から6.5ミル 以下だけ外側へ延びて、本質的に連続したネットワークを形成するフレーム構造 であって、前記フレーム構造が、前記製紙用ベルトの前記ペーパーと接触する側 を画定する第一表面、前記第一表面の反対側の第二表面、及び前記第一表面と前 記第二表面との間に延びているたわみ導管を有しており、前記第一表面が、ペー パー側ネットワークとペーパー側開口部とを備えており、前記第二表面が裏側ネ ットワークと裏側開口部とを備えており、前記ペーパー側開口部の各々の実質的 な部分は、X−Y平面の前記ペーパー側ネットワークのレベルにおいて測定され たその各寸法において、45ミル以上であり、前記ペーパー側開口部と前記裏側 開口部が前記たわみ導管を画定していること、 を備える製紙用ベルト 2.前記強化構造が、複数の横方向糸と織合わされた複数の縦方向糸、及び好 ましくは織合わされた糸の第一層と、織合わされた糸の第二層とを備えており、 前記第一層及び第二層は、実質的に互いに対して平行であり、タイヤーンによっ て向かい合った接触関係において相互連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項 1に記載の製紙用ベルト 3.前記強化構造がフェルトを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製 紙用ベルト 4.前記ペーパー側開口部が、非ランダムな繰り返しパターンで前記第一表面 に配置され、好ましくは前記非ランダムな繰り返しパターンが、両側千鳥配列を 備えることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、及び3に記載の製紙用ベルト 5.前記ペーパー側開口部の各々が閉鎖図形を画定することを特徴とする、請 求項4に記載の製紙用ベルト 6.前記たわみ導管の量が、1平方インチあたり80本以下であることを特徴 とする、請求項4及び5に記載の製紙用ベルト。 7.ペーパーと接触する側と、前記ペーパーと接触する側の反対側の裏側とを 有する製紙用ベルトであって、前記製紙用ベルトが、 ペーパー側と、前記ペーパー側の反対側の機械側とを有する強化構造であって 、通気性が800cfm以上であり、繊維支持指数が75以上である前記強化構造 ;及び 前記強化構造へ接着され、かつ前記強化構造の前記ペーパー側から6.5ミル 以下だけ外側へ延びているフレーム構造であって、前記フレーム構造が、前記製 紙用ベルトの前記ペーパーと接触する側を画定する第一表面、前記第一表面の反 対側の第二表面、及び前記第一表面と前記第二表面との間に延びているたわみ導 管を有しており、前記第一表面が、ペーパー側ネットワークとペーパー側開口部 とを備えており、前記ペーパー側開口部の各々の実質的な部分は、X−Y平面の 前記ペーパー側ネットワークのレベルにおいて測定されたその各寸法において、 45ミル以上であり、前記第二表面が、裏側ネットワークと裏側開口部とを備え ており、前記ペーパー側開口部と前記裏側開口部が前記たわみ導管を画定してい ること; 前記ペーパー側の1.5ヤーン直径内に止まる上死点経度を有する複数の織合 わされた糸の第一層と、複数の織合わされた糸の第二層とを備える前記強化構造 であって、前記第一層及び第二層が、実質的に互いに平行であり、タイヤーンに よって向かい合った接触関係において相互連結されている構造、 を備えている製紙用ベルト 8.2つの部位を有するペーパーウエブであって、 本質的に連続した、本質的に巨視的に一平面のネットワーク部位と、離散ドー ムを備えるドーム部位とを備えており、前記ドームは前記ネットワーク部位全体 に分散され、このネットワーク部位によって取囲まれ、このネットワーク部位に よって互いから孤立しており、前記ドームの各々の実質的部分が、X−Y平面の 前記ネットワーク部位のレベルにおいて測定されたその各寸法において45ミル 以上であり、前記ネットワーク部位の密度が前記ドーム部位の密度より大きいこ と、 を備えるペーパーウエブ。 9.前記ドームが、繰り返しパターンに配分され、好ましくは前記繰り返しパ ターンが両側千鳥配列を備えており、より好ましくは前記ドームの実質的な各々 の周辺部が閉鎖図形を画定することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のペーパーウ エブ。 10.前記ドームの量は、前記ペーパーウエブ1平方インチあたり80ドーム 以下であり、好ましくは前記閉鎖図形がボウタイ形状図形を備えることを特徴と する、請求項9に記載のペーパーウエブ。
