Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.頸部検査用の光学的プローブであって: (a) 細長い部分および少なくとも2つの開口部を有するプローブケーシングで あって、該開口部の1つが、該ケーシングの該細長い部分の遠位先端部に配置さ れる; (b) 複数の光ファイバー対であって、この対の各々が、励起ファイバーおよび 収集ファイバーを備え、該光ファイバーが、先端部にない開口部で該ケーシング に入り、かつ該ケーシングを該先端部開口部まで横切る;および (c) ヒト頸部の表面に順応するように構成された表面を備えた光学的に実質的 に透明なウインドウであって、該先端部開口部を覆うウインドウ、 を備える、プロープ。 2.前記ウインドウの少なくとも一部分が実施的に円錐型である、請求項1に記 載のプロープ。 3.前記プローブケーシングが中空管である、請求項1に記載のプロープ。 4.前記プローブケーシングが炭化エポキシから構成される、請求項3に記載の プローブ。 5.前記プローブケーシングがアルミニウムから構成される、請求項3に記載の プロープ。 6.前記プローブケーシングが、さらに熱収縮管材で取り囲まれている、請求項 1に記載のプローブ。 7.個々のファイバーが、コアおよびクラッデイングから構成される、請求項1 に記載のプローブ。 8.前記ファイバー対が31またはそれ以上存在する、請求項7に記載のプロープ 。 9.前記ファイバー対が357またはそれ以上存在する、請求項8に記載のプロー プ。 10.前記ウインドウが石英から構成される、請求項1に記載のプロープ。 11.前記ウインドウがBK7ガラスから構成される、請求項1に記載のプロープ 。 12.前記先端部が、約4mmの最小厚さおよび約7.6mmの最大厚さを有し、幅約1 0mmである、請求項1に記載のプローブ。 13.前記ウインドウ表面がまた、円錐型でない部分を備える、請求項2に記載 のプローブ。 14.前記先端部が、約6.6mmの最小厚さおよび約10mmの最大厚さを有して幅約4 0mmであり、そして前記円錐型部分が幅約10mmである、請求項13に記載のプロ ーブ。 15.前記先端部が穿孔されたプレートをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のプロ ーブ。 16.前記プレートがアルミニウムであり、そして前記穿孔が直径500μmであり 、かつ2mmおきに間隔を置いて配置される、請求項15に記載のプローブ。 17.前記ファイバー対の各々がガラスチューブの中央に配置され、該ガラスチ ューブが500μmの内径および2mmの外径を有する、請求項1に記載のプローブ。 18.組織の蛍光を測定する装置であって、 (a) 請求項1に記載のプローブ; (b) 電磁場照射発生器; (c) 蛍光スペクトル検出器;および (d) 前記電磁場照射に関してスペクトルを分析する手段、 を備える、装置。 19.前記プローブのファイバー対が、連結手段により、前記蛍光スペクトル検 出器に連結され、該連結手段中の該ファイバー対が、実質的に直線上様式で配置 されている、請求項18に記載の装置。
