Incinerator
The present invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claim 1 and a device according to the preamble.
The present invention relates to a method of operating the device.
Well-known such devices, incinerators or combustion devices, were originally
Into two categories.
The first category is the so-called grate combustion device. The equipment is household waste, industrial waste
Suitable for solid incineration materials such as coal. These incinerators are incinerated on grate
. In the first stage, the incineration is dried and degassed. Some of the above steps are already
This is done in the supply area of the device. The above process involves the combustion chamber radiation and preheated air
Caused by supply. At this stage, the flame emission in the combustion chamber
Thus, ignition occurs on the surface of the incineration material. In the second stage, the main incineration took place
Dried incineration is completely ignited (not just at the surface). At this stage
Is supplied with more air than in the first stage. At this stage, gas is converted from solid carbon
The conversion to the substance takes place, and the gaseous substance passes through the combustion chamber and passes to the subsequent incinerator or smoke.
Reach the road gas outlet. This part of the incinerator is kept hot. Heat value of incinerated material
At this stage, the supply of air quantity is controlled or adapted, depending on the situation. But this
There is a limit to fit. Because the additional air supply also cools the grate
In the case of incinerated materials that are used and produce a large amount of heat, air is usually
This is because incineration must be performed in an oversupplied state. Then the final
Incineration of the residue is performed as a step. Incineration that has not yet been completely incinerated,
That is, incineration residues such as compressed paper, coarse material, and residual solid carbon
And then incinerated or completely burned. At this stage, the incineration of the remnants
Heat loss must be minimized to be as complete as possible,
Supply of air during the phase (since incineration residues may be cooled)
Would have to be small.
In conventional incinerators, each stage of the earthwork involves slowly moving the incinerated material forward in the combustion chamber.
It is usually performed separately on a moving grate, etc.
You. The transition between the stages is smooth according to the type of incinerator, especially the heat generated by the incinerator.
If the amount is high, it is completely unrecognizable.
The disadvantages of the first category of incinerators are that the incineration residues deposited in solid form are water-soluble.
That is because it cannot be abandoned in an easy way. The residue is relatively high
Heavy metals contained in the residue are not fixed
. Because in the finishing incineration area (final stage), residual incineration and residue
Is not melted.
The second category of incinerators is a melting method using a rotating tube or a melting chamber.
It is. Among them, rotary tube equipment is used for solid, paste or liquid chemical waste.
Particularly suitable for incineration of objects. Exactly the last two forms of waste are conventional
Because they cannot be placed on or transported over
Can not be. In the melting method, the residue remaining in the incineration process is melted
. The melting of the residue is generated from the incineration process in the rotating tube or melting chamber.
This is done by heat exchange between the residue and the hot flue gas.
The remaining slag is then fed to a water-cooled slag removal device, where it is cooled.
Coagulates into a vitrified granular material, which is insoluble in water and therefore simple.
Simply abandoned. Such equipment also melts residues of the first category of incinerators, etc.
However, in this case, these residues are charged in a cooled state.
Very high energy supply is needed because it must be heated first
You.
The above devices, especially rotary tube devices, have low transport efficiency, so they can be used for household waste and industrial waste.
It is not suitable for large quantities of incinerated materials such as objects. Also through such garbage
Also, the additional combustion air supplied is not compressed well, so it is necessary for melting.
The result is that the required incineration temperature cannot always or reliably be achieved.
An object of the present invention is to provide a solid and / or paste-like incinerated material having a high transport efficiency.
An object of the present invention is to provide an incinerator capable of incineration and melting of incineration residues.
The object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claim 1.
Due to the arrangement of the incinerator or subsequent incinerator according to the invention, the grate incinerator
Conventional equipment melts incineration residues in the last grate area, which is the finishing incineration area
A sufficiently high temperature to achieve The remaining residue is
And / or deposited as a paste-like slag, for example in the case of rotary tube melting furnaces
As in the water bath. The slag cooled in this way is water-insoluble
Containing residual heavy metals in the vitrified form of
Very low. Such slugs can be discarded without any problems.
Preferred embodiments of the invention are set out in dependent claims 2 to 16.
22. A method according to claims 17 to 21 for operating said device according to the invention.
Is proposed.
The device according to the invention is particularly suitable for devices for the incineration of household and industrial waste.
Are suitable.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. What is shown in the drawing
It is as follows:
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a conventional grate incinerator for backflow incineration;
FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of a conventional grate incinerator for central flow incineration;
Fig. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view of a conventional grate incinerator for DC incineration;
4 is a longitudinal sectional view of the incinerator according to the present invention;
FIG. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view of an incinerator according to the present invention having a rotating tube.
1 to 3 show three known types of grate incinerators. The device
All basically have a supply device 1 by means of which the incinerated material 2 is placed in the incinerator.
Sent in. These incinerators usually have a combustion grate 3 and a finishing grate 4
I have. The incinerated material 2 is slag-owned by the devices provided on the grate 3 and 4.
It is transported in the direction of the drop 5. Rolled grate, push-back grate for transporting incinerated materials
Use a well-known movable grate, such as an extruder, a counter-extruded grate, or an opposed-extruded grate
You can also. Subsequent incineration chamber 6 serves as space for incineration chamber 7 in the case of backflow combustion as shown in FIG.
Is provided in the first part of As a result, the flue gas is displaced in the moving direction of the incineration material 2.
In contrast, only a part is guided through the post-incineration chamber. Of course
The hottest gas from the main incineration zone (indicated by the arrow at the top of incineration 2)
) Actually arrives directly in the subsequent incineration chamber 6. At this time, the firing on the finishing grate 4
The heat is removed from the reject residue 2 '. Therefore, the incineration residue 2 'of the finishing grate 4 soil
The residue arriving at the slag drop 5, where it is impossible for the slag to melt
2 'still has a relatively high proportion of flammable substances and is still water-soluble and
is there. Such waste cannot be easily abandoned and is treated separately as special waste
There must be. The waste may thus be separated again, if necessary, in a separate rotary furnace.
It is incinerated.
The same problem occurs in the case of central flow incineration as shown in FIG. In this case, subsequent firing
The reject room 6 is provided at the center of the grate 3 or 4. In this case also on the finishing grate 4
Residue 2 'is not melted.
The above-mentioned problems are not fundamentally improved by DC incineration as shown in FIG.
. In this case, the subsequent incineration chamber 6 is further extruded slightly in the flow direction of the incineration material.
However, here, only the incinerator 7 'is mainly incinerated in the soil of the original incineration area.
It is lightly closed by a ridge 8 projecting into the clearance space. Finish fire
The grid 4 has no or only little contact with the hot flue gas in the incineration area.
Absent.
According to the present invention, the combustion chamber 7 is configured as shown in a longitudinal section in FIG.
Gives the desired solution. Shape the incinerator 7 behind the finishing grate
And by reducing the width in this area, the hot flue gas is
It is led to the upper part of the incineration residue 2 '. To make the area near the finishing grate narrow
It also has the effect of further heating the incineration residues, especially the additional heat radiation of the walls of the incineration chamber.
Thus, the incineration residue is heated, thereby melting the incineration residue 2 '.
The temperature required to perform is obtained for the first time.
The incineration chamber is preferably provided with a spiral ridge 9 toward the flue gas flow direction.
The swirling ridge causes a swirling motion of the flue gas. Due to such a turning motion
Thus, the flue gas temperature achieved in the subsequent incinerator 6 is improved, ie
The height is even.
According to the present invention, between the incineration grate 3 and the finishing grate 4, a high calorific value
Waste material, for example, coal powder, is more suitably supplied. Supply of the high calorie incineration material
Supply is preferably via a supply port provided between the incineration grate 3 and the finishing grate 4
It is performed. This further increases the heat supply. To the incineration residue 2 '
The flammable substance (flammable substance, carbon) still contained is
Even if the additional air supply supplied through the grid 4 is slight or disappears,
And oxidized. When air is additionally supplied in this way, the incineration residue 2 '
An additional supply of air is inherently undesirable as heat is again removed. Liquid slag form
The incineration residue deposited in the next step is then filled with water, for example, through the slag drop port 5.
It reaches the packed slag removal device and is suspiciously turned into glassy granules. like this
Granules are problematic because they are water-insoluble and no longer have residual combustibles.
Can be abandoned.
Even if the liquid slag on the finishing grid 4 reaches the slag drop port 5,
The finishing grate 4 is preferably inclined so that it does not fall into the air supply area.
Is about 20 degrees from the horizontal, and the finish grate 4 is formed in a concave cross section.
ing. Therefore, the slag is connected to the center of the finishing grate 4 by the slag drop port 5.
Flows towards
In the present invention, the large heat causes the grate 3 or 4 to wear or break prematurely.
And no additional air supply for the incineration or melting process
The grate 3, 4 is cooled by a cooling groove provided in the grate itself.
Has become. In this case, cooling is performed by a gaseous or liquid refrigerant.
By selecting the refrigerant and its temperature, the grate 3, 4 can be damaged or large.
In the main incineration area, while affecting the incineration process.
Wear. Therefore, almost constant stoichiometric incineration in the main incineration zone
And the stoichiometric incineration also produces the hottest flue gases. Traditional
In grate incineration, almost constant stoichiometric incineration in the main incineration area is assured
Was not done. The reason is that the extra air cools the grate 3, 4
It is because it is used for. Therefore, in the case of incinerated materials having a high calorific value, the grate 3
, 4 must be incinerated with excess air to sufficiently cool
No result.
Due to the arrangement of the incinerator according to the invention, the finished grate 4 is originally a melting grate.
. The advantage of melted slag is that, as mentioned earlier, the incineration is actually completely burned out.
Destroys toxic substances such as dioxin and furan,
Toxic substances are immobilized and the special volume of incineration residue is compared to that of complete combustion.
It can be further reduced.
According to the invention, the subsequent incineration chamber 6 is finished with the remaining gas required in the area.
A blow nozzle for blowing flue gas to achieve incineration in any case
11 is further provided. The nozzle is located in front of the nozzle opening, preferably
It has a plate 12 made of a mix material. The plate 12 swirls the incoming flue gas.
To provide excellent gas-finish incineration, and the nozzle 11
It also leads to the self-cleaning action. Without such a swiveling motion, the nozzle could
It will be clogged by soot particles in the flue gas. Then gas finish
To ensure that incineration and the required oxygen content are achieved,
Air is supplied via nozzle 11 '.
In order to further enable the incineration of liquid substances by the apparatus as described above, in the present invention,
As can be seen from FIG.
Is provided. As a result, the liquid incineration material is directly supplied from the supply port 14 provided accordingly.
It is sent to the rotating tube 13 and incinerated there. The big advantage in this case is that
As in the present invention, hot flue gas is discharged from the incinerator 7 to a final incineration grate or melting.
By guiding the rotary tube 13 through the grate 4 to the rotary tube 13,
Is that very high temperatures can be achieved. Thereby said rotation
The length of the tube 13 is also much shorter than in a conventional rotary tube device. Especially the calorific value is very
Even small incinerated pastes or solids can be melted slightly before the rotary tube 13.
It is possible to put it on the deflagration grid 4. Paste with very small calorific value
Alternatively, the solid incineration may then be dried very quickly, degassed,
Already in a very hot state, it reaches the rotating tube 13 and is melted. According to the invention
Such equipment can be used universally for the incineration of any incineration,
Very large transport, especially for solid incinerators, due to the first area of incineration
You can get the quantity.
The wall 7 'of the incinerator 7 is a cooled wall, as can be seen in FIG.
It can also be formed. In that case, the wall is provided with, for example, an air groove.
Cooling air is led through the groove and, if necessary, is then supplied to the incinerator 7 with combustion air.
Supplied as qi. Such a configuration does not particularly incinerate incinerated materials 2 having a low calorific value.
This is advantageous when it must be done. Promotes slag melting in such cases
Therefore, heat loss must be prevented by the wall 7 'of the incinerator.
You.
The temperature of the wall 7 ', i.e. the wall, is controlled by setting the cooling air at a preset value.
It is preferably maintained by adjustment or control. The temperature is determined according to the invention.
Less than the melting temperature of unburned material or slag reaching the wall for disposal.
Temperature must be kept low. In the case of incinerated material 2 with high calorific value,
The temperature in the incineration chamber 7 is higher than the slag melting temperature by the device according to Ming.
Is done. By appropriately cooling the walls of the incinerator, the incombustibles or slag
Is prevented from melting. Thawed slag can cause significant damage to the wall
is there. The thickness of the slag layer can also be adjusted by adjusting the temperature of the wall
And the slag layer can be advantageously very thin.
