Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.情報が記憶された情報層を光学的に走査する装置であってかつ、当該装置が 、輻射源と、情報層に輻射源により放射された輻射を収束する対物システムと、 情報層からの輻射ビームの通路に配置され複数の検出信号を提供する輻射感知検 出システムと、その複数の検出信号から第1フォーカス誤差信号と第2フォーカ ス誤差信号とを形成する第1電子回路と、を具えた光学走査装置において、 前記複数の検出信号の高い周波数成分が第1フォーカス誤差信号を形成する のに使用されるよう前記複数の検出信号の少なくとも1つをフィルタ処理する高 域通過フィルタを前記第1電子回路が具えるとともに、前記複数の検出信号の低 い周波数成分が第2フォーカス誤差信号を形成するのに使用されるよう前記複数 の検出信号の前記少なくとも1つをフィルタ処理する低域通過フィルタを前記第 1電子回路がまた具えることを特徴とする光学走査装置。 2.請求項1記載の装置において、前記第1電子回路が情報層に記憶された情報 を表わす情報信号を形成するために作用し、前記高域通過フィルタの通過帯域が 前記情報信号の周波数帯域にほぼ等しいことを特徴とする光学走査装置。 3.請求項2記載の装置において、第2電子回路が第1フォーカス誤差信号およ び第2フォーカス誤差信号を受信するため第1電子回路に接続され、その第2電 子回路が組合わされたフォーカス誤差信号を形成し、第1フォーカス誤差信号お よび第2フォーカス誤差信号の組合わされたフォーカス誤差信号における重み付 けが情報信号の大きさによって決定されることを特徴とする光学走査装置。
