Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board material for building wherein construction efficiencies can be improved so that the fitting work at the time of construction can be easily performed and a sliding operation can be easily carried out while the fitting strength is being maintained. SOLUTION: A siding material 10 is prepared by providing filling materials 14 in a nearly inverted trough-shaped surface material 11 and covering the materials 14 with a rear surface material 15. A male connection part 12 on one edge of the material 10 in the width direction thereof is formed from a wedge-shaped projection 121 comprising a horizontal projection 12b and an inclined projection 12c which are formed at the center of the material 10 in the thickness direction thereof and a piece 12e for nail driving at the lower end of the material 10. And a female connection part 13 is formed from a horizontal upper holding part 13b connected by a nearly circular guide recess 13c and a lower holding part 13d inclined downward so as to be opened. Thus, for connecting the materials 10, connection can be made by inclining the materials 10 utilizing the part 13d and the projection 121 having the part 12c, and thereafter a fine adjustment can be easily made since the contact area can be reduced by the parts 13b, 13d, and the parts 13b, 13d are connected by the guide recess 13c to provide a large holding force due to the spring effect of the recess 13c.

The upper inclined surface 12a and the lower inclined surface 1
The shape of 2d is not limited to the front inclined surface, and may be another shape such as a vertical surface. However, the shape of the joint portion is determined by the relationship between the upper inclined surface 12a and the female connecting portion 13, and In this case, the front surface is inclined downward, so that rainwater or the like can be prevented from accumulating on the front surface and dirt can be prevented. On the other hand, by making the shape of the lower inclined surface 12d a front inclined surface, the lower inclined surface 12d can be used to guide the fitting by following the distal end of the female connecting portion 13.

Further, the siding material 1 of this embodiment
In the case of No. 0, a rigid polyurethane foam is used as the filler 14, and a foaming undiluted solution is injected into the surface material 11, covered with the back material 15, and sandwiched between the upper and lower conveyors. It is laminated and integrated. When a rigid polyurethane foam or the like that foams and solidifies between the front surface material 11 and the back surface material 15 is used as the filler 14,
It is preferable to fill the inside of the protrusion 121 because the strength of the male connection portion 12 is increased, but it is not necessary to completely fill the tip of the protrusion 121. Note that one end edge of the back material 15 provided so as to cover the filler 14 may be positioned so as to be wound inside the male connecting portion 12 or may be provided so as to cover the nailing piece 12e. In the drawing, it is located at the same position as the tip of the projection 121.

The tip of the lower holding portion 13d has a length protruding outward from the upper end surface portion 13a, so that the connecting operation can be performed while watching the protruding portion at the time of fitting connection. The tip of the lower holding portion 13d is bent upward or downward to form an arc so that it can be safely handled when transporting or constructing the device 10. In the female connecting portion 13, the arc-shaped bent portion is connected to the guide portion 13.
e, and the siding material 10 is inclined toward the operator in front of the worker by fitting the nailing piece 12e and the lower end face 12c at the time of fitting connection with the male connection portion 12, thereby facilitating the connection operation. It is like that.

The female connecting portion 13 has a shape in which a horizontal upper holding portion 13b and a downwardly inclined lower holding portion 13d are connected by a substantially C-shaped guide recess 13c. The distance between the portion 13b and the lower holding portion 13d is such that the front end of the opening is wide and gradually narrows, and the lower holding portion 13d is gradually narrowed.
It is formed in a substantially keyhole shape in a state where it becomes the narrowest at the connecting portion between the guide recess 13c and the guide recess 13c and expands again in the guide recess 13c.

After the siding material 10 is connected to form a wall surface, if a typhoon or the like is subjected to strong wind and rain, a negative pressure is generated on the wall surface and the siding material 10 tends to peel off. The spring effect (substantially C-shaped shape effect) due to the shape of the lower holding portion 13d, and the tip of the lower holding portion 13d has a nailing piece 12e or a lower inclined surface 12
d, and the connecting portion between the lower holding portion 13d and the guide recess 13c contacts the horizontal protruding portion 12b and the inclined protruding portion 12c so as to maintain a firm fit. Further, when the joint portion in the fitted state is exposed to wind and rain, rainwater tends to enter inside due to a capillary phenomenon in a gap between the horizontal protruding portion 12b and the upper holding portion 13b. Recess 13c
The capillary action can be cut off in the space formed by, and even if the rainwater gets over the tip of the projection 121 due to the wind pressure, it stops in this space and does not reach the backing material on the back side. If the rainwater gets over the tip of the protrusion 121, and if one edge of the back material 15 is located near the tip of the lower holding portion 13d, the rainwater may penetrate into the back material 15 or the filler 14; Is located inside the female connecting portion 13, there is no such fear.

The downward inclination angle of the lower holding portion 13d of the female connection portion 13 is preferably 5 to 45 degrees with respect to the flat portion 11a. If the angle is less than 5 degrees, the upper end surface 13a of the female connecting portion 13 will be horizontally projected when the connecting portion is tilted forward.
2b, the upper end surface 13a may be scratched.
d becomes nearly horizontal, and the connecting operation may be difficult depending on the length relationship of the lower holding portion 13d. Lower clamp 1
When the inclination of 3d is extremely large, for example, 90 degrees (vertical), the strength of itself is increased, but the fitting holding force against the negative pressure is exclusively caused by the effect of the guide recess 13c.
On the other hand, the same applies to 0 degree (horizontal).
5-4, in order to exhibit a spring effect by the shapes of the guide recess 3c, the guide recess 13c and the lower holding portion 13d to enhance the connection workability.
Five degrees is preferred.

As described above, when the siding material 10 of the next stage is fitted and connected, the conventional siding material shown in FIG. In this way, the upper end face 3a of the female connecting portion comes into contact with the protruding piece 2a, and it is difficult to fit the protruding piece 2a. One end of the lower holding portion 13d in the longitudinal direction is easily engaged with the projection 121 even in the case of human work, and the insertion of the lower holding portion 13d is facilitated. The connection can be easily performed simply by standing up along the inclined surface, and the connection can be easily performed as compared with the related art.

In the state where the female connecting portion 13 below the siding material 10 in the next stage is fitted and connected to the male connecting portion 12 in the fixed state in the preceding stage, the wedge-shaped projections 121 are provided.
Is sandwiched between the upper and lower holding portions 13b and 13d.
The inclination protruding portion 12c is smaller than the inclination angle of the lower holding portion 13d.
The angle of is reduced so that a gap is formed,
Since the contact area is smaller than in the case where the projection is brought into contact with the entire periphery of the conventional U-shaped fitting groove and connected, the siding material 10 of the next stage can be easily moved in the lateral direction. Length adjustment is possible.

Further, the siding material 1 in the connected and fixed state
In the case of 0, the upper part is fixed with nails, but the lower part is supported by the male and female connecting parts 12 and 13. However, when wind pressure or the like acts, the upper and lower holding parts 13b and 13d are substantially circular guides. Since they are connected via the recess 13c, a spring force acts on the upper and lower holding portions 13b and 13d so as to narrow each other by the guide recess 13c.
Since a gap is formed between the groove 2b and the guide recess 13c, a larger holding force can be obtained compared to a conventional U-shaped vertex which is bent to be a fulcrum. As a result, the connection strength is high and a thin surface material can be used.

As described above, according to the embodiment, the width of the architectural plate made of the surface material, the filler and the back surface material can be improved. A wedge-shaped projection is formed by a horizontal projection protruding outward and an inclined projection inclined inward, of the male coupling section of the male and female coupling sections at both ends in the direction, and is continuously folded back to the inclined projection. The female connecting part is formed from an upper holding part in which the surface material is bent inward, and a female part is bent downward from the upper holding part. The lower holding portion protruding outward and the substantially circular arc-shaped guide concave portion larger than the semicircle connecting the upper and lower holding portions are formed in a substantially key shape in which the connecting portions are connected. Occasionally, the lower holding part of the female connection part projects outward and is inclined It can be easily connected by utilizing the inclination of the male and female connecting parts. After connection, fine adjustments such as positioning can be made easier by reducing the contact area by the upper and lower holding parts. Are connected to each other by a substantially circular guide recess, so that a large holding force due to a ring-shaped spring effect can be obtained, and the influence of thermal expansion or the like after construction can be absorbed by the gap between the tip of the projection and the guide recess.
