Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of a corridor as a first safe segment when a disaster broke out and shorten an escaping passage to a second safe segment in a center core type high rise apartment house. SOLUTION: This high rise apartment house is arranged to place a corridor 2 around a center core section 1 in the center of a building and provide a special escaping staircase on both ends of the corridor 2 by way of respective attached rooms 7a and 7b and lay out an emergency elevator 9 at opposed positions of the special escaping staircase 6, thereby constituting a doughnut- shaped center core type area which forms a closable escaping passage. The corridor 2 is divided into two segments at the attached room 10 of the emergency elevator 9 where one segment positioned at a disaster arising area is defined as an escaping corridor 2a, which is a primary safety segment while the attached room 10 of the emergency elevator 9 and the attached room 7a, which continues with an escaping corridor 2a, which is the primary safety segment, is defined as a secondary safety segment. The attached room of the special escaping staircase 6 which continues with the escaping corridor 2b, which is a third safety segment, is defined as a fourth safety segment.

The lounges 7a and 7b, which are secondary safety compartments, are located at both ends of the corridor 2.
Has a long U-shape that surrounds the center core 1, so that, for example, when the room 3a is a fire source, residents of the next room 3b must evacuate to the nearby auxiliary room 7a. In the difficult places, such as through the full length of this corridor 2,
I had to evacuate to another lounge 7b,
The evacuation route becomes longer and there is a problem with safety.

Further, since the corridor 2 is arranged so as to surround the center core portion 1, when the smoke from the room 3a flows into the corridor 2, the entire corridor 2 is contaminated with the smoke and functions as a primary safety section. May not be fulfilled.
In order to cope with such a situation, a smoke exhaust system is conventionally installed in the corridor 2, but it is not sufficient for safety.

According to the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a corridor is arranged around a core portion in the center of a building, and special evacuation stairs are provided at both ends of the corridor through vestibules, respectively. In a donut-shaped center-core high-rise apartment building with a closed evacuation route formed by disposing an emergency elevator at the opposing position, the corridor is divided into two by an emergency elevator lounge and located in the disaster occurrence area The corridor of one compartment is the primary security compartment, the annex of the emergency elevator and the special evacuation staircase following the corridor that serves as the primary security compartment are the secondary security compartment, and the corridor of the other compartment is the tertiary security compartment. The gist is that the annex room of the special evacuation stairs following the corridor, which is the tertiary security section, is to be the quaternary security section.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the corridor is divided into two sections by an emergency elevator lounge, one of which is a primary safety section, and the subsequent emergency elevator lounge and special evacuation stairs. By making the annex room a secondary security section, it is possible to evacuate from the primary security section to the secondary security section within a short distance of about half the length of the corridor in a short time. From this secondary security section, it is possible to safely evacuate to the tertiary security section, which is the corridor of the other section, and to the quaternary security section, which is the vestibule of the special evacuation stairs that follows.

As described above, for example, when the room 3b facing the evacuation corridor 2a is assumed as the assumed fire source, the residents of the room 3a are located in the primary safety section with respect to the evacuation routes of the rooms 3a and 3c adjacent to the room 3b. Immediately from a certain evacuation corridor 2a, shelters to the secondary security compartment annex 7a, and the residents of the room 3b can immediately evacuate to the secondary security compartment annex 10 from the primary security compartment evacuation corridor 2a, Both residents in rooms 3a and 3c can immediately evacuate to the secondary security zone.

The residents who have evacuated to the secondary security section, the auxiliary room 7a, immediately evacuate to the special evacuation stairs 6, and the residents who have evacuated to the secondary room have the tertiary security section, the evacuation corridor 2b. In this case, even if smoke escapes from the room 3b, which is the assumed fire source, to the evacuation corridor 2a, since the corridor 2 is partitioned by the annex room 10, the smoke does not flow to the evacuation corridor 2b. In addition, residents who have evacuated to the annex room 10 can slowly and evacuate from the evacuation corridor 2b, which is the tertiary security section, to the annex room 7b, which is the quaternary security section, with a margin.

In addition, according to the evacuation calculation based on the fire prevention plan guidelines, etc., the number of evacuees is small in the use of multi-family dwellings, because the ancillary room 10 of the emergency elevator 9 which is a firefighting activity space is used as an evacuation route. Within 1 minute after the fire occurs, the evacuation of residents via the annex 10 is completed, while the arrival of the fire brigade to the fire floor must be at least 4 to 5 minutes after the fire occurs Therefore, there is a low possibility that evacuation and firefighting activities are mixed, and even if the annex room 10 is used as an evacuation route, there is no risk of hindering firefighting activities.

As described above, in the high-rise apartment building of the present invention, the corridor is divided into two by an emergency elevator vestibule, one of which is a primary safety compartment, and the emergency elevator vestibule following. The evacuation from the primary security section to the secondary security section is possible in a short time, about half the length of the corridor. Also, since the corridor is cut off by the emergency elevator annex and divided into two sections, not only can the entire evacuation corridor of the primary safety section be prevented from being contaminated with smoke,
By incorporating the emergency elevator vestibule, which is extremely safe for disaster prevention, in the evacuation route, it is possible to reach the secondary safety section in a short distance especially in a center-core type building, thereby improving safety.
