Therefore, in order to realize a surface treatment facility having all of these functions and having many processing steps, when the object to be processed moves from one processing step to the next step as a transfer means, it is connected to another type of transfer apparatus. It is considered that a method using a rail passing above each processing step which does not need to be used is optimal. As a method of this rail, there are a centro trolley method, which has been used in many cases, and an electric hoist method, which has been used in a few cases. In the chain trolley system, all lines are conveyed at the same speed along a rail by a single transfer chain. In the electric hoist system, one electric hoist suspends one or a group of objects to be processed and conveys them along a rail.

In the chain trolley system, a single transport chain is used to transport at the same speed.
This is unsuitable because it is not possible to select a processing time and a processing step for each processing step. On the other hand, in the electric hoist system, only one electric hoist is in charge of one processing step, and a large number of electric hoists must be installed in order to cope with many processes. For this reason, the conventional electric hoist system has the following disadvantages. (1) Although the number of electric hoists to be installed in a facility requires a large number, the number of installable hoists is naturally limited. Processing capacity was also low. However, a large number of electric hoists and control for automatic operation thereof are required to divide the processing capacity, so that the equipment cost per processing capacity is high.

Therefore, there is a method of improving the carrying capacity by loading more objects to be processed on one electric hoist. However, this method has the following disadvantages. The bulk volume of the object to be processed increases, and the equipment such as the processing tank and the drying and baking furnace in each processing step must be increased accordingly, which increases the equipment installation area and the equipment cost per processing capacity is expensive. become. In the case of a processing step that requires electric treatment, for example, the processing area of an object to be processed per unit of processing by energization increases, so that, for example, in the case of an electrodeposition coating step, the amount of energization increases accordingly. Therefore, a large capacity rectifier and power receiving equipment are required for this purpose, and equipment cost per processing capacity is also high. (2) On the other hand, there is a method of increasing the number of electric hoists provided in the facility to increase the processing capacity without increasing the packing capacity. In this case, in addition to the large number of electric hoists used, Since an extremely expensive control system must be used to automatically operate these many electric hoists, the equipment cost per processing capacity has to be further increased and is not practical.

(3) The suspended body is suspended by a chain or a rope of an electric hoist, but most of the suspended points are one point, and even in the case of two points, the suspended distance between these two points is short. In addition to this, as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-9878, a positive effective means for restraining the plane rotation and the back-and-forth swing during the entire stroke of the suspension from the fixed position to the fixed position is taken. The object to be processed contacts or is caught by the equipment installed in the tank under the influence of the liquid flow in the tank at the time of entering and leaving the tank, or by the nearest device / equipment, etc. It often caused serious trouble. For this reason, it has been difficult for conventional equipment to safely and stably transport and process large and peculiar-shaped workpieces by automatic operation. (4) In addition to the reason described in the above item (3), in addition to the above-mentioned reason (3), when a large-sized object is treated in large amounts by the conventional large object-processing equipment, a hanging frame on which the small object is hung, or a small object to be treated. Since no appropriate suspending / suspending means or method for transporting a basket or the like in which articles were stored was taken, these suspending / suspending operations required a large amount of labor. For this reason, it has been difficult in practice to process large and specially shaped workpieces and small and large quantities of workpieces with the same equipment.

Since the transfer device can move up and down a suspension having a plurality of suspension points forming a large surface, when suspending the object to be suspended from the suspension, the object is transported by a transport vehicle or a carrier. Using a conveyor or the like, the object to be processed can be directly carried directly under each suspension point and suspended. Even if the object to be treated has a large peculiar shape and has an eccentricity, each of the suspension points of the suspension forms a large surface, so that these may be suspended at arbitrary multiple points. Can be done.
For this reason, the suspension work is facilitated, and the conveyance and processing in a stable posture are enabled. Similarly, for a large amount of small objects to be processed by using the up-and-down movement of the suspended body, a hanging transport vehicle with hanging objects that previously hung these objects at a place other than the equipment installation location is used. Prepare it, carry it in just below the suspension point, suspend the hanging device on the suspension, and lift the suspension to leave the suspended transport vehicle and place the workpiece on the hanging device. By making it possible to transport and process while hanging, it is possible to significantly reduce the hanging and hanging work in the equipment as in the past, making it possible to greatly simplify the work and make it safer. Large and peculiar shaped workpieces and large quantities of small workpieces can be easily processed with the same equipment. In the case of suspension, it is possible to perform the procedure completely opposite to the suspension, and similarly, the work of hanging and hanging in the equipment is significantly reduced, and the work is greatly facilitated and safety is achieved.

Further, between the hoisting machine and the suspending body, a swing rod comprising a guide rod and a guide rod for restraining the swinging and plane rotation of the suspending body during the entire stroke from the fixed position of the suspended body to the fixed position of the suspended body. Since the posture of the suspended body and the suspended workpiece is always stable even during the running, ascending and descending operations, the shape of the workpiece is Even if the object has a large size,
Safe and stable operation without trouble during processing has become possible. In addition, the end of the guide rod has a trumpet-shaped opening to make it easier to catch the end of the guide rod, so the suspended body descends further from the fixed position and the guide rod moves from the guide rod. When ascending again after being removed, the guide rod receptacle catches the end of the guide rod and can return to its original lowered position. As a result, the suspension body can freely descend further from the descending fixed position,
For example, even if the object to be processed is still placed on the floor, it can be easily suspended on a suspended body, and the object to be suspended suspended on the suspended body can be easily dropped directly on the floor. ing.

Since the operation of the transfer devices is performed for each of the vehicles by moving and moving the suspension up and down through signals from the central control panel, the selection of an arbitrary processing step and the processing time according to the processing specifications for each transfer device. Can be selected. Thus, for example, in an electrodeposition coating facility, the following selections are possible. A processing step selection that includes a plurality of electrodeposition coating / post-processing steps of different colors and selects a color electrodeposition coating / post-processing step according to the coating specifications. After finishing the pre-treatment process, skip the electrodeposition coating / post-treatment process, perform draining and drying with a drying and baking device, and select a treatment process that does not select the electrodeposition coating / post-treatment process. Selection of processing time to lengthen or shorten the degreasing time according to the amount of fats and oils adhering to the object in the manufacturing process. Depending on the quality of the coating with the shape of the workpiece,
Selection of processing time to lengthen or shorten the electrodeposition time in the electrodeposition tank. Depending on the type of paint or the heat capacity of the workpiece,
Selection of the processing time to lengthen or shorten the drying and baking time in the drying and baking furnace. In addition, these controls are based on the fact that only a limited number of transfer devices are suspended in the facility due to the improvement of the transfer capability by enabling the suspension of the workpiece to the plurality of suspension points of the same suspension. It is possible with an inexpensive automatic operation control system without using an expensive automatic operation control system.

Next, a specific operation in the embodiment will be described for a case where processing is performed using a basket. Directly below the respective suspension points 10a, 10b, 10c of the suspension body 4 of the transfer device 2 which stands by at the workpiece suspension area 43b,
Baskets 50a, 50b, 50c storing the objects to be processed
Is transported by a basket carrier or a conveyor, etc., and a signal of completion of suspension preparation is sent to the central control panel 5 through the on-site operation panel 58a.
8, the hoist 3 of the transport device 2 rewinds the chain 9b, lowers the suspension 4 to a fixed lower position, and stops. Therefore, each basket is suspended at the suspension points 10a, 10b, 10c by using the suspension tool 53. When a signal indicating the completion of the suspending operation is sent to the central control panel 58 through the on-site operation panel 58a after the suspending operation is completed, the hoist winds up the chain 9b, raises the suspended body 4 to the fixed position, and stops. In this case, in order to make the suspending operation easy and safe, the suspending body 4 is set at a descending fixed position at a height slightly lower than the height when the baskets 50a, 50b, 50c are actually suspended. At the completion of the suspending operation, the suspending tool 53 merely hangs and suspends the suspending point and the basket. Therefore, the loads of the baskets 50a, 50b, and 50c and the objects to be processed are applied to the suspension body 4, and the suspended bodies are actually suspended when the suspension body 4 rises by an extra amount. is there. In addition, the hanging tool 53 used here may be a simple S-shaped bar, but there are various types, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

Next, the transfer device 2 starts running upon receiving an automatic operation signal from the central control panel 58, and the leading basket 50a is placed immediately above the degreasing tank 24 of the pretreatment device 23 as shown in FIGS. When it reaches, the suspension 4 is lowered to the fixed position and the basket 50a is put into the degreasing tank 24 to be subjected to a degreasing process. However, during this time basket 50
a, 50b, and 50c have not yet reached the degreasing tank 24 and are not subjected to any processing. When the degreasing process of the basket 50a in the degreasing tank 24 is completed, the baskets 50a, 50b, and 50c together with the suspension body 4 move up to the fixed position, stop for draining the basket 50a, and then advance, and the basket 50a moves forward. After reaching just above the first washing tank 25 and stopping, the suspension 4 is lowered again to the fixed position, and the basket 50a is moved into the first washing tank 25 and the basket 50a.
b is put into a degreasing tank 24 and subjected to each processing. At this time, the basket 50c has not received any processing yet. As described above, the selected processing steps are sequentially finished while repeating the vertical movement and the forward movement. When the processing steps reach the front of the drying and baking processing apparatus 41, the baskets 50a, 50b, and 50c are lowered to the fixed lower position and then dried and bake. After entering the furnace 42 and stopping for a predetermined period of time selected to receive the drying and baking treatment, the furnace is discharged, and then ascends again to the ascending fixed position, reaches the workpiece suspension field 43a and stops. After receiving the suspension preparation completion signal for the object to be processed, which is input to the on-site operation panel 58a, through the central control panel 58, it descends, and after the baskets 50a, 50b, 50c are suspended from the suspension 4 at the descending fixed position, The transfer device 2 also receives the suspension operation completion signal input to the on-site operation panel 58a through the central control panel 58, raises the suspended body to a fixed position, moves to the workpiece suspension area 43b, and moves to the next workpiece Suspended It enters a standby of the eye.

First, two receiving members 47 are provided on the upper surface of the box body 45 of the hanging tool carrier 44, and the first hanging frame receiving rod 48 is hung over the concave portion of the receiving material 47, and the object to be processed is already hung there. The frames 49 are hung one by one in the recesses, and then the second hanging frame receiving rods 48 are laid over the hanging frames 49 on which the objects to be processed are already hung in sequence. Full load. In this manner, the hanging tool carrier 44 on which the hanging tool 44a full of the workpiece is placed is moved to the hanging points 10a, 10b, and 10c of the hanging body 4 of the transport device 2 which stands by at the workpiece hanging area 43b. , And is suspended under the same procedure as that when the basket described above is used, so that the description is omitted here.

On the other hand, the procedure in the case of the suspension is as follows. After the processing, the processing object loaded on the processing object hanging tool 44a reaches the processing object suspension place 43a and stands by.
When the hanging tool carrier 44 is loaded immediately below and the completion of suspension preparation is input to the on-site operation panel 58a, the signal from the central control panel 58 causes the suspension 4 of the transporting device 2 to descend. The hanging tool 44a is placed again on the hanging tool carrier 44 together with the object to be processed in the same shape as before hanging. Next, when the suspender 53 is removed and a signal indicating the completion of the suspending operation is manually input to the on-site operation panel 58a, the transporting device 2 raises the suspending body 4 and again moves the suspending place 4
It returns to 3b and stands by. Then, the hanging tool carrier 44 full of the objects to be processed is moved to a place outside the equipment, and the processed objects are removed in the reverse order of the previous hanging operation. Conventionally, not only the hanging work but also the hanging work has been performed in the equipment.
With the use of these, the work can be performed at an appropriate place outside the equipment, so that the simplification and safety of the work are greatly improved. Also, in the equipment, the suspension 4
In the suspending / suspending operation of 4a, as in the case of the basket described above, since the suspended body is slightly lowered, the attaching / detaching of the suspending tool 53 becomes easy and safe. I have.

The suspension points 10a of the suspension 4 of the transfer device 2
10b and 10c form a large plane, and a large number of locking members 16 and locking rods 17 are arranged vertically and horizontally. Therefore, a plurality of hanging tools 53 are used for a single object from arbitrary plural points. Can be suspended. Therefore, even when the object to be processed is a large-sized / unusually shaped object 56, it can be easily suspended in a stable position that is most convenient for conveyance and processing. Further, the suspension body 4 can be further lowered from the fixed lower position by operating the hoisting / rewinding button on the field operation panel 58a, and then raised to return to the original lower fixed position again. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 12, FIG. 13, and FIG. 14, in the case of a large-sized / singular-shaped workpiece 56 which is difficult to carry in a state of being erected right under the suspension points 10a, 10b, 10c, etc. It is also possible to suspend the robot from a position lying on the floor or on the carrier table or on the conveyor for loading the workpiece. Of course, these objects can also be suspended by the reverse procedure of suspension. 12, 13, and 14.
FIG. 7 shows a procedure for suspending the large-sized / unusual-shaped object to be processed 56 from the posture of lying on the floor in accordance with the order.

A plurality of transfer devices 2 are suspended from the rail 8 in the electrodeposition coating equipment 22, and these transfer devices 2
Signals from various sensors arranged at necessary locations in the electrodeposition coating equipment 22 are sent to the central control panel 58, and the central control panel 58 receives this signal and, in accordance with its own automatic operation control program, controls each of the units. The operation is controlled by different automatic control signals from the central control panel 58 at the same time. Since a plurality of modes are prepared in the automatic operation control program of the central control panel 58 itself, the operation on the on-site operation panel 58a determines which program is to be used for which transport device 2 and which operation is to be performed. It is made possible to make a selection by button input. Therefore, the selection of the processing step and the processing time are transmitted to the central control panel 58 by the on-site operation panel 58a, and the processing can be easily selected according to the processing specifications for each transport device 2. As described above, the suspension preparation completion / suspension work completion / suspension preparation completion / suspension work completion signal is transmitted from the on-site operation panel 58a.
To be transmitted to the central control panel 58,
These operations can be performed without being restricted by the specified operation time.

The advantages of the present invention include the following. (1) The transfer capacity per transfer device has been greatly improved by increasing the number of suspension points of the transfer device. This improvement has made it possible to significantly reduce the required number of transfer devices suspended in the equipment without reducing the processing capacity of the equipment. Since the required number of transfer devices suspended in the equipment is greatly reduced, conventional expensive inexpensive automatic operation control systems can be used for each transfer device without using expensive automatic operation control systems for transfer devices. Since it is possible to perform automatic operation in different modes, it is possible to perform automatic operation of selecting a processing step and a processing time according to processing specifications for each transfer device. Unlike the conventional equipment of the same type, it is possible to avoid increasing the packing volume for improving the transfer capacity, so the equipment area such as processing tanks and drying and baking furnaces is enlarged due to the enlargement of the equipment area. Equipment costs per processing capacity are no longer expensive. For the same reason, even in the case of a processing step requiring electric processing, an increase in the processing area per unit of processing due to energization is eliminated. Therefore, it is not necessary to increase the capacity of the rectifier or the power receiving equipment in order to improve the transfer capacity, and the cost of the electric equipment for electric processing is not increased. Due to the effects of the above items, the equipment cost per processing capacity is significantly lower than the conventional equipment of the same system as well as other equipment.

(2) The length of the suspension body is increased by increasing the number of suspension points of the suspension body of the transfer device, so that the suspension body can be suspended at a plurality of points at long intervals. Body stability has greatly improved. And further between the hoist and the suspension,
By providing a guide rod and a rocking member consisting of a guide rod for restraining the suspension from swinging and plane rotation during the entire stroke from the fixed position of the suspension to the fixed position of the suspension, the suspension and the suspension are provided. Since the posture of the processed object is always stable even during the running, ascent and descent operations, the object to be processed can be transported and processed regardless of its shape and size. It has become possible to operate safely and stably without any trouble inside. (3) Since the suspension of the transfer device is insulated from any other part of the transfer device and also between the plurality of suspension points of the suspension, each of the suspension units is suspended at the plurality of suspension points. And different electric treatments can be simultaneously performed on the objects to be treated.

(4) Since the transport device can move up and down a suspended body having a plurality of suspended portions forming a large surface, the following has become possible. When suspending an object to be suspended on a suspended body, the object to be treated can be suspended by directly transporting the object to beneath each suspension point using a carrier or a conveyor. The suspension work became easier and safer. The suspension work is the same as the suspension work. Even if the object to be processed has a large peculiar shape and an eccentricity, each of the suspension points of the suspension forms a large surface, so that it is possible to suspend these from arbitrary multiple points. I can do it. For this reason, the suspension work is facilitated, and the conveyance and processing in a stable posture can be performed. For a large number of small objects to be processed, prepare a hanging equipment carrier with hanging equipment on which these objects are hung beforehand at a place other than the equipment installation location. It is now possible to carry and process the hanging objects, which have been transported to just below the place, leaving the transporter of the object to be suspended, leaving the hanging equipment carrier. Since the suspension work can be significantly reduced, the work can be greatly simplified and made safer. The hanging and hanging work is the same as the hanging work. Also, the working space for hanging / suspending and hanging / suspending can be greatly reduced by this effect, so that the equipment area can be reduced correspondingly. It is easy to lower the suspended body from the lowered fixed position and return it to the original lowered fixed position again. Even in the case of an object, it is possible to suspend the object from lying down on the floor immediately below it, on a carrier table, or on a workpiece carrying conveyor, and in the reverse order. . Due to the effects of the above items (1), (2), a method for suspending / suspending an object to be processed having any kind of shape and size is provided. -It has become possible to easily combine a peculiarly shaped workpiece and a large number of small workpieces into the same transporting device, suspend them, and transport and process them. As described above, the effect according to the present invention is a solution which has solved and satisfied all the disadvantages of the problems to be solved by the invention and the functions required by the conventional technology, and is an invention excellent in industrial use. .
