As shown in a movable staircase of No. 81, a stairway descending into a cave 50 on which cables and the like are laid is provided in a shaft 51, and this staircase includes a staircase 52 having a number of steps and a staircase 52 having a number of steps.
Has a handrail 53 on one side, separates the staircase 52 and the handrail 53, supports the upper part of the staircase 52 on a shaft or an appropriate fixed object, and It is rotatably provided to a substantially horizontal position, and two columns 54 are erected on the back side of the stairs 52 at intervals so that an operator can pass therethrough. One end is supported by each of these two columns 54, A gas spring 55 whose ends are supported on both sides of the step 52 is provided,
With these gas springs 55, the staircase 52 is configured to be able to maintain its state at least at a substantially horizontal position and an inclined position where the lower end abuts or approaches a floor such as a sinus road.

Also, when not needed, the stairs can be rotated to be raised almost horizontally above the cave, etc., and the handrail is fixed, but is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the cave, etc. The stairs and handrails do not obstruct the passage of the operator through the cave. In addition, since two pillars are erected on the back side of the stair portion, and these two pillars and gas springs supported on both sides of the back surface of the stair portion are provided, the stair portion is biased by the gas spring. It can be supported at a substantially horizontal position, and can hold its state at an inclined position where the lower end abuts or approaches a floor such as a sinus by its own weight against the force of the gas spring. The operator can easily move the device from above or from a floor such as a cave. In addition, two pillars are erected on the back side of the stairs, but since the distance between the two pillars is such that the worker can pass, the worker can pass between these two pillars. Things.

It was inconvenient because the space was small. When the stairs are lowered, the stairs are lowered against the elongating force of the gas spring, but the stairs are automatically lowered on the way due to the weight of the stairs. When the stairs are lifted against the weight of the stairs, the stairs are lifted from the middle by the force of the gas spring. However, since the stairs are lifted with a smaller force, it is necessary to adjust the position of the gas spring by each actually installed stairs in order to reduce the lifting distance against the own weight of the stairs. It is difficult and cannot be prepared once fixed.

An object of the present invention is to provide a movable staircase in which it is extremely easy to adjust a mounting position of a spring for minimizing a lifting distance against its own weight.

In the movable stairs freely supported, one end is rotatably supported by the upper stairs or the support below the support point of the movable stairs, and a spring is rotatably supported at the other end by the movable stairs. The support point of the stairs and the support points at both ends of the spring form a triangle, the movable stairs are held in a substantially horizontal position by the bias of the spring, and the movable stairs are opposed to the bias of the spring. By the weight of the movable stairs, so that the lower end of the movable stairs can maintain its state at an inclined position in contact with or close to the floor surface,
The position of the upper support point of the spring is a movable staircase that can be adjusted in a substantially horizontal direction.

Therefore, the worker can easily go up and down the stairs. When unnecessary, when the movable stairs are lifted against its own weight, the stairs can be immediately rotated by the force of the spring and raised almost horizontally. Nothing remains on the floor below the stairs. In addition, in order to reduce the distance that the movable stairs are lifted against their own weight, the inclination of the spring can be adjusted by moving the position of the upper support point of the spring in the horizontal direction.

In the stairs, one end is rotatably supported by an upper receiving bracket attached to the upper stairs or the support below the support point of the movable stairs so as to be movable by a fixed width in the horizontal direction,
A spring whose other end is rotatably supported by a lower bracket attached to the movable stairs is provided, and a triangle is formed by the support points of the movable stairs and the support points at both ends of the spring. The movable stairs can be held at a substantially horizontal position, and the state can be held at an inclined position where the lower end of the movable stairs abuts or approaches the floor surface by the weight of the movable stairs against the bias of the spring. In this manner, a movable staircase was obtained in which the upper receiving bracket of the spring was pressed with the tip of a preparation bolt horizontally supported on the upper staircase or the support. Therefore, by turning the adjusting bolt, the position of the upper receiving bracket is shifted, and the upper supporting point of the spring can be moved.

When the movable stairs 4 are lifted from above the support 3 or from the floor 1, when the movable stairs 4 exceed a certain position from the floor 1, they rise by the force of the gas spring 7, and as shown by the dashed line in FIG. It becomes almost horizontal at the height of 3. As a result, the movable staircase 4 is located above the floor surface 1, and there is nothing below the movable staircase 4, so that workers and the like can pass smoothly. To move down the movable stairs 4, hold the handrail 5 from above the support body 3 and hold the guide rod 6 from the floor surface to lower the movable stairs 4 against the force of the gas spring 7. . Then, when descending from the floor 1 below a certain position, the movable staircase 4 descends to the floor 1 by its own weight.

To do this, loosen the nut 15 of the upper bracket 10 so that the upper bracket 10 is rotatable with respect to the bolt 11,
By rotating the adjusting bolt 20, the position of the contact plate 16 is shifted in the horizontal direction. Thereby, the degree of inclination of the gas spring 7 changes, and the branch point can be adjusted. This is because the mounting position and weight differ for each movable staircase to be mounted,
It is necessary to adjust the position of the branch point. After the preparation, the nut 21 of the preparation bolt 20 is tightened to the key plate 18 to fix the preparation bolt 20, and the nut 15 is further tightened.
The position of the upper bracket 10 is fixed.

However, the present invention is not limited to this. It may be attached in between. Further, in the above embodiment, a gas spring is used, but the present invention is not limited to this, and any suitable spring may be used. Also, an upper receiving member, a lower receiving member, and the like for rotatably supporting the spring may be appropriately provided.

When not required, the stairs can be turned up to be substantially horizontal by rotating the stairs. In this state, there is nothing on the floor surface and it does not become an obstacle when a worker or the like passes through the place. Moreover, the movable stairs can be held in its horizontal position by the urging force of the spring, and the lower end can be kept in contact with or close to the floor surface by the weight of the stairs, so that the movable stairs can be raised or lowered. Does not require much power,
