Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and surely wash the inside wall of a tank by horizontally arranging a guide for washing near the inside wall surface from near a liquid surface along the inside wall surface of the tank, guiding a washing body along this guide and executing washing with the washing body while lowering the guide at the time of liquid discharge. SOLUTION: The washing device is hoisted and is inserted into the tank 1 where the device is floated on the liquid surface 2. The top end of the tank 1 is provided with a bridging body 20 and a winch 22 is set on a working floor 10. The washing body 4 is then driven to rotate a rotary brush 4a for washing. The washing body 4 is guided by the guide 3 for washing and is moved back and forth. As a result, the boundary between the liquid phase and gaseous phase in the tank 1 and the upper and lower parts thereof are washed. The washing device is gradually lowered and the washing plane by the rotary brush 4a for washing is moved downward by suitably releasing a valve 24 and gradually discharging the liquid in the tank 1 from a waste liquid pipe 23. The discharging of the liquid and the washing are then executed. The washing device is hoisted by the winch 22 after the end of the washing.

2. Description of the Related Art Waste liquid tanks and various water tanks provided in nuclear power plants and the like are regularly cleaned and inspected and repaired. Such work was performed according to the following procedure. First, after the liquid stored in the tank is discharged to empty the tank, a temporary scaffold is assembled along the inner wall surface from the bottom of the tank. Then, while the worker gradually moves the temporary scaffold downward from above, the inside wall of the tank is cleaned by brushing the inside wall surface of the tank or blasting with a water jet or ice chips. Along with this cleaning, a cleaning liquid is supplied into the tank from the outside. Then, after the cleaning, inspection and repair of the wall surface are performed. The temporary scaffolding materials used for cleaning, inspection, and repair are brought in from the outside of the tank and assembled inside, and after all work is completed, the temporary scaffolding is dismantled and the scaffolding materials are transported out. Was. Thereafter, the liquid is injected into the tank to recover the liquid level.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the cleaning method and the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a detailed view of the cleaning body 4 in FIG. The tank 1 of this example is a waste liquid tank for a nuclear power plant having a rectangular cross section. As an example, one side is about 7 m and the depth is several tens m. One end of the waste liquid pipe 23 is opened there, and the waste liquid pipe 23 is provided with a valve 24. The cleaning device applied to such a tank 1 has a stage 7 composed of a frame whose outer circumference is slightly smaller than the inner circumference of the tank 1.
And a platform 8 formed on a peripheral edge thereof, and a cleaning guide 3 arranged in a square annular shape along the edge of the platform 8.

Next, the cleaning guides 3 provided on the four circumferences of the platform 8 have four cleaning bodies 4 (the other two on the figure).
) Are guided so as to be able to reciprocate in the horizontal direction. The cleaning body 4 includes a cleaning machine main body 9 composed of a U-shaped frame, a cleaning rotary brush 4 a pivotally supported on the U-shaped opening side of the main body 9, and It has a protruding traveling wheel 13 and a guide roller 21. Then, the rotation of the motor 16 provided in the cleaning machine body 9 is transmitted to the traveling wheels 13 by a belt or a chain via pulleys 14, 15 or a toothed wheel (sprocket).
The horizontal moving means 5 is constituted by these driving mechanisms. The rotation of the motor 17 is transmitted to the cleaning rotary brush 4a by a belt or a chain via pulleys 18, 19 or a toothed wheel. Further, a guide roller 21 is pivotally supported at the lower end of the main body 9 of the cleaning machine, and the guide roller 21 is used as a cleaning guide 3.
Is guided to the side wall surface.

A crosslinked body 20 is provided at the upper end. Then, four winches 22 are set on the work floor 10. Next, the cleaning body 4 is driven to rotate the cleaning rotary brush 4a, and the cleaning body 4 is guided by the cleaning guide 3 to reciprocate. Then, the cleaning brush 4a cleans the boundary between the liquid phase and the gas phase in the tank 1 and the upper and lower portions thereof. At this time, the wire 11 is allowed to be freely fed without being restrained by the winch 22. Then, the valve 24 is opened appropriately, and the liquid in the tank 1 is gradually discharged from the waste liquid pipe 23. Then, the cleaning device starts to descend gradually, and the cleaning surface by the cleaning rotary brush 4a gradually moves downward. Then, while the discharge of the liquid in the tank 1 is completed, the cleaning of the inner wall surface of the tank 1 is also completed.

After the washing is completed, the entire washing device is lifted above the tank by operating the winch 22 to wind up the wire 11. At this time, while the worker walks on the platform 8, the inspection and repair of the wall surface are performed. When all operations are completed, the entire cleaning device is carried out of the tank 1 by a crane or the like, and disassembled outside the tank. The above-mentioned tank is an example of a plane square,
The present invention can be applied to a tank having a circular plane. In that case, the cleaning guide may be arranged in an annular shape.

According to the method for cleaning the inner wall surface of a tank or tank according to the present invention, the cleaning operation can be performed in parallel while discharging the liquid stored in the tank, so that the inner wall surface of the tank can be cleaned quickly. Can do. In other words, there is no need for a waiting time for drainage as in the case of cleaning after draining the liquid in the tank as in the related art. Since the cleaning is performed using the liquid stored in the tank, the supply of the cleaning water from the outside and a device for supplying the cleaning water are unnecessary. Moreover, the cleaning effect is high because the inner wall surface 1a at or near the liquid surface 2 is cleaned via the cleaning body 4.
