After the air inflation cofferdam units 3 are deflated, the air inflation cofferdam units 3 are sequentially connected end to end through connecting holes A3-4 on the traction belts 3-3 at the short edge ends by connecting ropes or connecting buckles and rings, then the overlapping tarpaulin units 4 are sequentially connected end to end through connecting holes B4-1 at the short edge ends by connecting ropes or connecting buckles and rings, and then the connected air inflation cofferdam units 3 and the connected overlapping tarpaulin units 4 are connected to form a whole strip shape; after splicing is finished, the spliced inflatable cofferdam 1 with greasy dirt faces upwards and is in locking connection with a connecting buckle 7-4 on a winding roller 7-1 through a connecting hole A3-4 or a connecting hole B4-1 at the outermost end, and then a steam output pipe on a construction site is respectively communicated with a rotary air guide faucet 8 of a bottom surface cleaning rolling brush 6-1 and a top surface cleaning rolling brush 6-2.
After the work is finished, a steam supply device on a construction site is started, output steam enters a central hole 6-8 of the assembly short shaft 6-6 from the rotary air guide faucet 8 through a steam output pipe and then enters inner cavities of the bottom surface cleaning rolling brush 6-1 and the top surface cleaning rolling brush 6-2 from the central hole 6-8, and the steam in the inner cavities is sprayed out from air outlet holes 6-10 of the bottom surface cleaning rolling brush 6-1 and the top surface cleaning rolling brush 6-2 respectively.
Then, the transmission motor A6-3 and the transmission motor B7-3 are respectively started, and when the transmission motor A6-3 rotates, the winding roller 7-1 is driven to rotate, so that the connected inflatable cofferdam 1 is wound step by step through the winding roller 7-1. Meanwhile, when the transmission motor B7-3 rotates, the bottom surface cleaning rolling brush 6-1 is driven to rotate, the bottom surface cleaning rolling brush 6-1 drives the top surface cleaning rolling brush 6-2 to synchronously rotate through the chain transmission pair 13, when the winding roller 7-1 carries out winding operation on the spliced inflatable cofferdam 1 step by step, the bristles 6-9 of the bottom cleaning rolling brush 6-1 are matched with steam to carry out cleaning operation on the bottom surface of the spliced inflatable cofferdam 1 step by step, the bristles 6-9 of the top cleaning rolling brush 6-2 are matched with steam to carry out cleaning operation on the greasy top surface of the spliced inflatable cofferdam 1 step by step, the top cleaning rolling brush 6-2 is always kept in contact with the greasy top surface of the spliced inflatable cofferdam 1 under the supporting action of the air spring 6-4, cleaning operation is carried out until the winding roller 7-1 finishes winding the spliced inflatable cofferdam 1. The cleaning and collection operation of the whole inflatable cofferdam 1 is completed.
The sewage and the dirty oil cleaned by the bottom surface cleaning rolling brush 6-1 and the top surface cleaning rolling brush 6-2 drop on the bottom plate 9-1, flow into the collecting tank 9-2 through the liquid leakage hole 9-3 on the bottom plate 9-1, and are pumped out and discharged to the treatment equipment through the submersible pump 9-4. The automatic cleaning storage equipment is high in cleaning efficiency, can be automatically cleaned, reduces the labor intensity of field construction personnel, can automatically collect the inflatable cofferdam after cleaning is completed, reduces the occupied space, and is very favorable for moving and transporting.
