Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.シャフトに取り付けられ且つ固定されるテーパー付環状体を備えており、 該テーパー付環状体は断面がV字型に形成された円錐状外面を有する2つのテー パー付環状部からなり、 該テーパー付環状体を囲んで締め付け用リングが配されており、該締め付け用 リングは円錐状内面を有する2個の締め付け用リング部材からなり、該円錐状内 面は該テーパー付環状部の該円錐状外面の上を摺動でき、 両締め付け用リング部材の内側対向面の間に環状の圧力室が形成されており、 該環状の圧力室の径方向外側をシールする環状部材が配されており、少なくと も1つのシールリングが両締め付け用リング部材の円周面の少なくとも一方と該 環状部材との間に配され該環状の圧力室をシールしており、 該シャフト及び該テーパー付環状体に対する該環状の圧力室のシールが設けて あり、 該環状の圧力室への液圧接続路が設けてあり、 該環状の圧力室をシールする為にシールリングが設けてあり、該シールリング は所定の位置にある両締め付け用リング部材に係合している摩擦式回転ジョイン トにおいて、 該テーパー付環状体(52)はテーパー付環状部(52a,52b)を有して おり、両テーパー付環状部は断面がV字型に形成された円錐状外面(59a,5 9b)を有しており、該テーパー付環状体(52)は少なくとも2つの軸状部分 に分割されており、両テーパー付環状部(52a,52b)は一体化されており 、 該シールリング(55a,55b)は両テーパー付環状部(52a,52b) の該円錐状外面(59a,59b)と両締め付け用リング部材(53a,53b )の該円錐状内面(60a,60b)との間に配されており且つ該環状の圧力室 (57)に沿って直接的に位置していることを特徴とする摩擦式回転ジョイント 。 2.該シールリング(13a,13b;63)は両締め付け用リング部材(3 a,3b;53a,53b)の円周面(11a,11b;61a,61b)の少 なくとも一方と該環状部材(6,56)との間に配されており、且つ該環状の圧 力室(7,57)に沿って直接的に配されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項記載の回転ジョイント。 3.中間リング部材(64)が配されており、該中間リング部材は両テーパー 付環状部(52a,52b)の間又は上に位置しており、且つ該環状の圧力室( 57)が両締め付け用リング部材(53a,53b)の各位置において該シャフ ト(70)に対して仕切られ且つシールされる様に該中間リング部材が設計され ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の回転ジョイント。 4.該中間リング部材(64)はその両端(65,66)近傍に該シールリン グ(55a,55b)を収容する為の溝(67,68)を有することを特徴とす る請求の範囲第3項記載の回転ジョイント。 5.該締め付け用リング(53)を取り囲む該環状部材(56)は外側リング として構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第4項記載の回転 ジョイント。 6.該シールリング(63)は両締め付け用リング部材(53a,53b)の 一方に設けた溝(71)に位置していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至 第5項記載の回転ジョイント。 7.両締め付け用リング部材(53a,53b)は締め付け用リング部材(5 3b)に保持された少なくとも1つの固定ねじ(54)により締め付け位置に固 定さていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第6項記載の回転ジョイント 。 8.該固定ねじ(54)の周囲にシールリング(73)が配されており、該締 め付け用リング部材(53b)に保持された該固定ねじ(54)のねじ溝に対し て該環状の圧力室(57)をシールすることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項記載 の回転ジョイント。 9.両テーパー付環状部(52a,52b)の該円錐状外面(59a,59b )の傾斜角(α1)が、該シャフト(70)の中心軸に対して7度より大きく設 定されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第8項記載の回転ジョイン ト。 10.該シールリング(55a,55b;63)はオーリング(O−ring s)からなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第9項記載の回転ジョイン ト。
