Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガス化溶融炉11発生の排出ガスを用いて予備還元炉12において鉄鉱石の 予備的還元を行い、同ガス化溶融炉11でその予備的還元を行った鉄鉱石を還元 製錬し、同ガス化溶融炉11の排出ガスを上昇管13及びサイクロン14を通し て予備還元炉12に供給し、(同サイクロン14によって冷却され且つ清浄化さ れた)鉄鉱石微粉末を再循環システム15及び溶融バーナー16を通してガス化 溶融炉11に噴出し、そして(上記サイクロン14を通過した)上記排出ガスの 一部をベンチュリスクラバー17、第1圧縮機18及び圧縮ガス循環用管19を 通して上記上昇管13に供給する工程を含む、還元製錬プロセスの鉄鉱石微粉末 注入法であって、更に上記圧縮ガス循環用管19を通して循環する圧縮ガスの一 部を第2圧縮機21を用いて再圧縮し、その再圧縮ガスを用い流体鉄鉱石微粉末 搬送システム22により上記鉄鉱石微粉末を上記上昇管13に注入する工程を含 むことを特徴とする鉄鉱石微粉末注入法。 2.上記流体鉄鉱石微粉末搬送システム22は原料貯蔵容器221、閉鎖容器2 22、分配容器223、原料分配フィーダー224及び注入器225を含み、上 記第2圧縮機21の再圧縮ガスが同閉鎖容器222及び同注入器225に供給さ れることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.第2圧縮機21によって再圧縮されたガスの圧力が5−10kg/cm2で あることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項及び第2項の何れか1項記載の方法。 4.上記ガス化溶融炉11から排出される排出ガスがCO:60−65%、H2 :25−30%、CO2:3−5%及びN2:2−4%の組成を持ち、上記上昇管 13の内圧が3.0−3.5kg/cm2であり、そして上記第1圧縮機18に よって圧縮されたガスの圧力が3.7−4.2kg/cm2であることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項及び第2項の何れか1項記載の方法。 5.上記ガス化溶融炉11から排出される排出ガスがCO:60−65%、H2 :25−30%、CO2:3−5%及びN2:2−4%の組成を持ち、上記上昇管 13の内圧が3.0−3.5kg/cm2であり、そして上記第1圧縮機18 によって圧縮されたガスの圧力が3.7−4.2kg/cm2であることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第3項記載の方法。
