Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1時間領域システムおよび第2時間領域システムと同時に通信できる少 なくとも移動局を有する通信システムであって、前記時間領域システムのうち少 なくとも一方は柔軟時間領域システムである通信システムであって: 前記移動局により、前記柔軟時間領域システム上で時間調整済み動作を開始す る手段;および 前記移動局により、前記移動局の少なくとも一つの特定のアクティビティ条件 を前記柔軟時間領域システムに通知する手段; によって構成されることを特徴とする通信システム。 2.前記第1時間領域システムはTDMAシステムであり、前記第2時間領域 システムは柔軟時間領域システムであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の通信シ ステム。 3.前記移動局の前記少なくとも一つの特定のアクティビティ条件の一つは、 TDMAシステムとの移動局通信の少なくとも一つの予定されるタイミング・パ ラメータであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の通信システム。 4.前記タイミング・パラメータは、スロットおよびフレーム情報を含むこと を特徴とする請求項3記載の通信システム。 5.前記タイミング・パラメータは、前記柔軟時間領域システム・フレームに 対する第1ダウンリンクTDMAス ロットの位置を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の通信システム。 6.前記移動局の前記少なくとも一つの特定のアクティビティ条件の一つは、 TDMAシステムの特定の種類であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の通信シス テム。 7.前記移動局の前記少なくとも一つの特定のアクティビティ条件の一つは、 通信が行われる期間中のフレーム毎のサブフレームの数「N」であることを特徴 とする請求項1記載の通信システム。 8.移動局における競合が避けられるように、前記柔軟時間領域システムのフ レーム毎の「N」個のサブフレームの伝送を配列する手段をさらに含んで構成さ れることを特徴とする請求項1記載の通信システム。 9.「N」個の最高エネルギの受信サブフレームを処理する手段をさらに含ん で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の通信システム。 10.前記移動局により、前記移動局およびCDMA基地局の伝送電力を、「 N」に反比例した電力レベルに調整する手段をさらに含んで構成されることを特 徴とする請求項1記載の通信システム。 11.第1時間領域システムと第2時間領域システムとの間で移動局をハンド オフする方法であって、前記時間領域システムの少なくとも一方は、柔軟時間領 域システムである、方法であって: 前記移動局により、前記柔軟時間領域システム上で時間調整済み動作を開始す る段階;および 前記移動局により、前記移動局の少なくとも一つの特定のアクティビティ条件 を前記柔軟時間領域システムに通知する段階; によって構成されることを特徴とする方法。 12.前記移動局の前記少なくとも一つの特定のアクティビティ条件の一つは 、通信が行われるフレーム毎のサブフレームの数「N」であることを特徴とする 請求項11記載の方法。 13.前記第1時間領域システムはTDMAシステムであり、前記第2時間領 域システムは柔軟時間領域システムであることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方 法。 14.前記移動局の前記少なくとも一つの特定のアクティビティ条件の一つは 、TDMAシステムとの移動局通信の少なくとも一つの予定されるタイミング・ パラメータであることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。 15.前記タイミング・パラメータは、スロットおよびフレーム情報を含むこ とを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。 16.前記タイミング・パラメータは、前記柔軟時間領域システム・フレーム に対する第1ダウンリンクTDMAスロットの位置を含むことを特徴とする請求 項14記載の方法。 17.前記移動局の前記少なくとも一つの特定のアクティビティ条件の一つは 、TDMAシステムの特定の種類であることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法 。 18.前記移動局における競合が避けられるように、フレーム毎の「N」個の サブフレームの伝送を用意することをさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする 請求項11記載の方法。 19.「N」個の最高エネルギの受信サブフレームを処理することを特徴とす る請求項11記載の方法。 20.前記移動局により、前記移動局およびCDMA基地局の伝送電力を、「 N」に反比例した電力レベルに調整することをさらに含んで構成されることを特 徴とする請求項11記載の方法。 21.前記柔軟時間領域システムは、CDMAシステムであることを特徴とす る上記の請求項記載の方法。 22.前記柔軟時間領域システムの前記「N」個のサブフレームは重複するこ とを特徴とする上記の請求項記載の方法。
