Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複合構造内に補強ピンを挿入するための方法であって、 圧縮性材料内に所定数の補強ピンを挿入して圧縮性材料/ピンの組合せ体を形 成し; 前記圧縮性材料/ピンの組合せ体を、樹脂マトリクス内にファイバを有してな る複数の層を備えてなる複合構造上に、配置し; 前記ピンに対して超音波エネルギーを印加し; 同時に、前記圧縮性材料に対して圧力を印加し、これにより、前記圧縮性材料 を押圧して前記ピンを前記複合構造内に挿入することを特徴とする方法。 2.圧縮性材料/ピンの組合せ体を複合構造上に配置するに際しては、前記圧縮 性材料/ピンの組合せ体を、複数のラミネート構造の連結に供される2つまたは それ以上のラミネート構造どうしの連結領域の近傍に配置することを特徴とする 請求項1記載の方法。 3.圧縮性材料/ピンの組合せ体を複合構造上に配置するに際しては、前記圧縮 性材料/ピンの組合せ体を、ラミネート構造の補強に供されるラミネート構造の 上に配置することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 4.前記複合構造が、前記樹脂マトリクスが加硫されている、加硫されたファイ バマトリクス構造を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 5.前記複合構造が、前記樹脂マトリクスが加硫されていない、未加硫のファイ バマトリクス構造を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 6.さらに、 前記圧縮性材料への圧力印加時において前記圧縮性材料内での前記補強ピンの 向きを適正に維持するために、前記圧縮性材料の少なくとも一面に、スクリーン 層を付加することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 7.樹脂マトリクス内にファイバを有してなる複数の層を備えてなる複合構造内 に、補強ピンを挿入するためのシステムであって、 内部に所定数の補強ピンが配置された圧縮性材料と; 前記ピンに超音波エネルギーを印加するための超音波デバイスと; 前記圧縮性材料を押圧して前記ピンを前記複合構造内に挿入するために、超音 波エネルギーの印加と同時に、前記ピンに対して圧力を印加するための手段と; を具備することを特徴とするシステム。 8.前記複合構造は、連結されるべき少なくとも2つのラミネート構造を備えて いることを特徴とする請求項7記載のシステム。 9.前記複合構造は、補強されるべきラミネート構造を備えていることを特徴と する請求項7記載のシステム。 10.前記複合構造は、前記樹脂マトリクスが加硫されている、加硫されたファ イバマトリクス構造を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7記載のシステム。 11.前記複合構造は、前記樹脂マトリクスが加硫されていない、未加硫のファ イバマトリクス構造を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7記載のシステム。 12.前記圧縮性材料は、この圧縮性材料への圧力印加時においてこの圧縮性材 料内での前記補強ピンの向きを適正に維持するために、前記圧縮性材料の少なく とも一面に、スクリーン層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7記載のシステ ム。
