Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.脈管形成外科処置時に酸素飽和溶液を動脈内に送出する装置において、前 記酸素飽和溶液は、前記装置から流出されたとき、関連するキャビテーションを 発生させずに安定化され、前記装置は、 内部に内腔を形成し、末端部を有する高圧管状ハウジングと、 前記管状ハウジングから延長するコイルばねと、 基端スリーブ部と、流出口を形成する末端孔あき部とを含むジャケットを備え 、 前記基端スリーブ部は前記管状ハウジングの末端部付近に設けられ、前記ジャ ケットの前記基端スリーブ部は前記コイルばねの上に設けられ、前記溶液が前記 コイルばねを通して漏れるのを防ぎながら、前記溶液を前記孔あき部の前記流出 口を介して灌流させることを特徴とする酸素飽和溶液送出装置。 2.さらに、前記管状ハウジングおよび前記コイルばね内部に軸方向に配置さ れた1つ以上の光伝送性繊維を備え、前記光伝送性繊維は放射エネルギーを発生 させ、反射エネルギーを受けることを特徴とする請求項1記載の酸素飽和溶液送 出装置。 3.前記コイルばねは、前記酸素飽和溶液が前記流出口から流れるように、前 記ばねの連続するコイルが離れて配置されている部分を含むことを特徴とする請 求項1記載の酸素飽和溶液送出装置。 4.ガス過飽和液を、ガス源から前記ガス源のガス濃度に関連してガス濃度の 低い環境内部のサイトに送出する装置において、 内部に内腔を形成する高圧管状ハウジングと、 内腔内部に軸方向に配置されたガイドワイヤとを備え、前記ガイドワイヤと前 記内腔の間に環状空間を形成し、前記ガス過飽和液は前記環状空間から流出し、 前記液は、前記環状空間から流出されたとき均一濃度の流体連続体なので、前記 ガスは過飽和状態で関心あるサイト に送られ、前記ガスは、前記環状空間付近で関連する気泡形成およびキャビテー ションを発生させることなく、前記装置から離れた位置で解放されることを特徴 とするガス過飽和液送出装置。 5.さらに、前記内腔および前記環状空間内部に設けられ、前記内腔および前 記環状空間内部からガス核を除去するガス飽和液の充填剤を含み、前記充填剤は 、前記装置の流出口から流出するとき、均一濃度の流体連続体からなる組成を有 することを特徴とする請求項4記載のガス過飽和液送出装置。 6.さらに、前記管状ハウジング内部に軸方向に配置された1つ以上の光伝送 性繊維を備え、前記光伝送性繊維は放射エネルギーを送り、反射エネルギーを受 けることを特徴とする請求項4記載のガス過飽和液送出装置。 7.さらに、前記装置が湾曲した通路を安全に通過できるような柔軟性を実現 するため、前記管状ハウジングから延長するコイルばねを備えることを特徴とす る請求項4記載のガス過飽和液送出装置。 8.ガス過飽和液を、ガス源から送出システムを介して、前記ガス源のガス濃 度に関連してガス濃度の低い環境内部のサイトに送出する方法において、 運搬体を圧縮ガスにさらし、ガス飽和加圧運搬体を形成する工程と、 前記ガス飽和加圧運搬体を圧縮し、ガス核を送出システムから排除するため、 前記ガスを送る圧縮運搬体を形成する工程と、 前記ガス飽和圧縮運搬体を圧力(P)で前記送出システムに送る工程と、 前記ガス飽和圧縮運搬体を圧力(p)で前記送出システムから流出口を介して 前記環境に注入する工程とからなり、(P)は(p)より大きく、前記流出口近 傍で関連する気泡形成およびキャビテーションを発生させることなく、前記ガス が過飽和状態で前記運搬体とともに 溶液の前記サイトに送られることを特徴とするガス過飽和液送出方法。 9.さらに、 (1)与えられた圧力および温度で流出液に気泡を形成することなく、用いる ことができる最大ガス濃度(GMAX)を決定する工程と、 (2)内腔(I)の内径を決定する工程と、 (3)半径の異なる他の内腔のためにG’MAXを決定するため、(GMAX)と( I)の反比例関係によってガス濃度G’MAXを準備する工程を含むことを特徴と する請求項8記載のガス過飽和液送出方法。 10.ガス過飽和液を、ガス源からガス源のガス濃度に関連してガス濃度の低 い環境内部のサイトに送出する装置において、 内部に内腔を形成する高圧管状ハウジングと、 前記内腔内部に軸方向に配置され、前記内腔との間に環状空間を形成するガイ ドワイヤとを備え、 前記環状空間は、前記ガス過飽和液が前記環状空間から流出できるような大き さであり、前記液は、前記環状空間から流出するとき、均一濃度の流体連続体で あることを特徴とするガス過飽和液送出装置。
