Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.燃料調量装置、例えばディーゼル機関のコモン−レース装置の監視方法であ って、燃料が少なくとも1つのポンプにより低圧領域から高圧領域へ搬送される ものにおいて、 衝撃波センサおよび/または加速度センサの出力信号が所定の値から異なる ときに、調量装置の故障を識別する、ことを特徴とする監視方法。 2.気筒の衝撃波センサの出力信号の振幅が、所定の値以上すべての気筒の平均 値から偏差するときに、故障を識別する、請求項1記載の監視方法。 3.気筒の衝撃波センサの出力信号の持続時間が、所定の値以上すべての気筒の 平均値から偏差するときに、故障を識別する、請求項1または2記載の監視方法 。 4.衝撃波センサの信号をろ波し、ろ波された信号に基づいて噴射の開始と終了 を表す信号を求め、 当該噴射の開始と終了を表す信号に基づいて、故障を識別する、請求項1か ら3までのいずれか1項記載の監視方法。 5.衝撃波センサの信号をろ波し、ろ波された信号に基づいて噴射の開始と終了 を表す信号を求め、 当該噴射の開始と終了を表す2つの信号の間隔が許容されない値をとるとき 、故障を識別する、請求 項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の監視方法。 6.燃料調量装置の電磁弁および/またはインジェクタの故障を識別する、請求 項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の監視方法。 7.燃料調量装置、例えばディーゼル機関のコモン−レール装置の監視方法であ って、 燃料が少なくとも1つの予搬送ポンプにより低圧領域から高圧領域へ搬送さ れるものにおいて、 故障が識別されたとき、予搬送ポンプと高圧ポンプとの間の燃料流を遮断す る、ことを特徴とする監視方法。 8.燃料調量装置、例えばディーゼル機関に対するコモン−レール装置の監視装 置であって、 燃料が少なくとも1つのポンプにより低圧領域から高圧領域へ搬送される形 式のものにおいて、 衝撃波センサおよび/または加速度センサの出力信号が所定の値から偏差す るときに調量装置の故障を識別する手段が設けられている、ことを特徴とする監 視装置。 9.燃料調量装置、例えばディーゼル機関のコモン−レール装置の監視装置であ って、 燃料が少なくとも1つの予搬送ポンプにより低圧領域から高圧領域へ搬送さ れる形式のものにおいて、 予搬送ポンプと高圧ポンプとの間の燃料流を遮断 することのできる手段が設けられている、ことを特徴とする監視装置。
