Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.コバルトを含まない鉄基耐摩耗耐ゴーリング表面硬化合金であって、実質的 に、炭素 約1.10〜1.35重量%;マンガン 少なくとも4.0重量%で5. 0重量%未満;シリコン 3.1〜3.5重量%;クロム 24.0〜26.0重量 %;ニッケル 3.7〜4.2重量%;モリブデン 1.8〜2.2重量%;窒素 0.14〜0.18重量%;リン 0.018重量%未満;イオウ 0.010重量 %未満;ホウ素 0.002重量%未満;及び鉄 残りの%からなり、微細構造 が、実質的に、オーステナイトマトリックス及び共晶炭化合金からなる合金。 2.前記合金が溶接により基体上に溶着させることができ、該基体の予熱が不要 である請求項1記載の合金。 3.実質的に、炭素 1.25重量%;マンガン 4.5重量%;シリコン 3. 3重量%;クロム 25.0重量%;ニッケル 4.0重量%;モリブデン 2. 0重量%;窒素 0.16重量%;リン 0.018重量%未満;イオウ 0.0 10重量%未満;ホウ素 0.002重量%未満;及び鉄 残りの%からなり、 微細構造が、実質的に、オーステナイトマトリックス及び共晶炭化合金からなる 請求項1記載の合金。 5.攻撃的環境に曝露される要素を含むプラントの改良された建設方法であって 、実質的に、炭素 約1.10〜1.35重量%;マンガン 少なくとも4.0重 量%で5.0重量%未満;シリコン 3.1〜3.5重量%;クロム 24.0〜2 6.0重量%;ニッケル 3.7〜4.2重量%;モリブデン 1.8〜2.2重量 %;窒素 0.14〜0.18重量%;リン 0.018重量%未満;イオウ 0. 010重量%未満;ホウ素 0.002重量%未満;及び鉄 残りの%からなり 、顕微鏡組織が、実質的に、オーステナイトマトリックス及び共晶炭化合金から なるコバルトを含まない鉄基耐摩耗耐ゴーリング表面硬化合金から前記要素を形 成する工程を含む方法。 6.前記合金が溶接により基体上に溶着させることができ、該基体の予熱が不要 である請求項5記載の方法。 7.実質的に、炭素 1.25重量%;マンガン 4.5重量%;シリコン 3. 3重量%;クロム 25.0重量%;ニッケル 4.0重量%;モリブデン 2. 0重量 %;窒素 0.16重量%;リン 0.018重量%未満;イオウ 0.010重 量%未満;ホウ素 0.002重量%未満;及び鉄 残りの%からなり、微細構 造が、実質的に、オーステナイトマトリックス及び共晶炭化合金からなる請求項 5記載の方法。 8.請求項5記載の方法に従って製造された攻撃的環境において有用なコバルト を含まない鉄基耐摩耗耐ゴーリング表面硬化構造要素。 9.該基体が炭素鋼である請求項1記載の合金。 10.該基体がステンレス鋼である請求項1記載の合金。 11.該溶接がガスタングステンアーク溶接である請求項1記載の合金。 12.前記プラントが原子力発電所である請求項5記載の合金。 13.前記合金が鋳造物である請求項1記載の合金。 14.前記合金が帯状である請求項1記載の合金。
