- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.パッキングエレメント、特に閉塞弁類、調節機器用で板状、ピストン状或 いは球状の金属性、或いは、例えばセラミック材料の様な非金属性材料の閉塞体 で形成されたもので閉塞体の作業面(抑圧面)上にプラズマCVD或いはプラズ マ重合により装着された炭素と珪素を含有する硬質物層を持つもので、この硬質 物層は閉塞体の作業面に装填された付着層分とそれに接続する被覆層(スライド 層)分とから成り、炭素を含有する付着層分が閉塞体の作業面に対する付着の向 上を助ける最初の珪素分を有し、そして、それに後続する炭素含有被覆層分がよ り低いスライド−及び付着摩擦係数を得るために付着層分より比較的少量の珪素 分を有するか、或いは珪素フリーであるかのものに於いて、付着層分が、その柔 靭な特性及びその強度に関して比較的脆くて硬いスライド層分の固有応力を閉塞 体の作業面に対する付着能力を著しく減少すること無く受け止めることができる ことを特徴とする閉鎖器具と調節器具用のパッキングエレメントとその製造の為 の方法。 2.請求項1のパッキングエレメントでスライド層分の厚みが過度に薄く選ば れていることを特徴とする閉鎖器具と調節器具用のパッキングエレメントとその 製造の為の方法。 3.請求項1のパッキングエレメントでスライド層分が付着層分より薄く選ば れていることを特徴とする閉鎖器具と調節器具用のパッキングエレメントとその 製造の為の方法。 4.請求項2或いは3のパッキングエレメントでスライド層分の厚みが1マイ クロメートル未満であることを特徴とする閉鎖器具と調節器具用のパッキングエ レメントとその製造の為の方法。 5.請求項1のパッキングエレメントで付着層部とスライド層部の厚みの相関 関係が1:0.9〜1:0.4、好ましくは1:0.6であることを特徴とする 閉鎖器具と調節器具用のパッキングエレ メントとその製造の為の方法。 6.請求項1のパッキングエレメントの製造方法技術で、スライド−及び付着 層分の層厚がCVDコーティング室内での層の分離装着時間のパラメーターの選 択により調節されることを特徴とする閉鎖器具と調節器具用のパッキングエレメ ントとその製造の為の方法。 7.請求項6の方法技術で付着層分の分離のための最初のプロセスガスがシラ ンであり、スライド層分の分離のための二番目のプロセスガスがシランと炭水化 物ガスの混合ガスであり、その時、シランの炭水化物ガスに対する割合が1:1 .5〜1:5の範囲内、好ましくは約1:2であることを特徴とする閉鎖器具と 調節器具用のパッキングエレメントとその製造の為の方法。 8.請求項7の方法技術でコーティングを施される閉塞体の作業面がアルゴン で約15分〜25分腐刻される。その時、コーティング室が陰極噴霧装置(スパ ッター)として使われ、それに続いて付着層分の塗着及びその上に硬質物層のス ライド層分の塗着のために、コーティング室が高周波プラズマCVD装置として 起用され、その際、25分〜20分間付着層分がテトラメチルシランで、それに 続き約10分〜15分間スライド層分がテトラメチルシランとヘキサンの混合比 が1:1.5〜1:5、好ましくは1:2の混合ガスから分離される。その時、 付着層分のスライド層に対する層厚の相関関係がマイクロメートルで約1:0. 9〜1:0.4、好ましくは1:0.6であることを特徴とする閉鎖器具と調節 器具用のパッキングエレメントとその製造の為の方法。
