Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. アルミニウム製造工程から放出されるガスを処理する際に、乾式吸着工 程で固体の粒子状酸化アルミニウム上に吸着させることにより、ガスからフッ素 含有物質を分離する方法であって、 ガスが、少なくとも2段階(3、4)で、粒子状酸化アルミニウムで処理され 、酸化アルミニウムが吸着工程のこれらの段階をガスに対して向流で通過するこ と、 ガスが、第一の乾式吸着段階(3)で、部分的に使用された酸化アルミニウム で処理されること、 ガスが第二乾式吸着段階(4)に送られる前に、フッ素含有物質が吸着された 粒子状酸化アルミニウムが、前記第一吸着段階の下流でガスから分離されること 、 フッ素含有物質をアルミニウム製造工程に循環させるために、分離された粒子 状酸化アルミニウムの一部が吸着されたフッ素含有化合物と共に吸着工程から除 去され(33)、分離された酸化アルミニウムの残りが第一吸着段階に循環され (32)ること、および ガスが、酸化アルミニウムを分離した後、第二の乾式吸着段階に送られ、そこ で、実質的に使用されていない反応性粒子状酸化アルミニウムで処理され、ガス が周囲の大気中に放出される前に、第二乾式吸着段階の下流で粒子状酸化アルミ ニウムがガスから分離され、第二吸着段階の下流で分離された酸化アルミニウム の少なくとも一部が第一吸着段階に送られること を特徴とする方法。 2. 部分的に使用された酸化アルミニウムが第一吸着段階(3)に再循環さ れること、および再循環される酸化アルミニウムの量が監視され、第一吸着段階 (3)におけるフッ素含有物質の吸着および二酸化硫黄の脱着が最適化される様 に調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 第二吸着段階(4)の下流で分離され、吸着された二酸化硫黄を含む酸 化アルミニウムが脱着段階(8)で処理されるが、そこでは酸化アルミニウムが 加熱され、その中をキャリヤーガスが流れ、それによって酸化アルミニウム上に 吸着された二酸化硫黄の大部分が脱着されることを特徴とする、請求項1または 2に記載の、少なくともフッ化水素および二酸化硫黄を含む気体状媒体を処理す るための方法。 4. 脱着段階(8)で処理される酸化アルミニウムの一部が、第二吸着段階 (4)に循環され(83)、この段階における吸着能力を強化することを特徴と する、請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 水蒸気、窒素ガスまたは他の非酸化性ガスが、脱着段階(8)中の酸化 アルミニウムを通って流れることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の方法 。
