Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.圧縮空気を生じさせるための圧縮機区分と、圧縮空気の第1の部分を加熱し て高温圧縮ガスを生じさせるための燃焼区分と、高温圧縮ガスを膨張させるため のタービン区分とを有し、タービン区分内にはロータが配置され、ロータには複 数の翼が取り付けられ、翼の各々は、翼幹部及び翼根部を有し、翼根部はプラッ トホームを有し、該プラットホームから翼幹部が延び、プラットホームは、高温 圧縮ガスにさらされる第1の表面及び第1の表面とは反対側に位置する第2の表 面を有し、翼根部プラットホームを冷却させるための手段が、冷却用流体をこれ がプラットホームの第2の表面に当たるよう差し向けるための手段を含むことを 特徴とするガスタービン。 2.翼根部プラットホーム冷却手段は、第2の表面から間隔を置いて配置されて いて、複数の冷却用流体用孔が設けられた部材を有し、冷却用流体は、前記孔を 通って流れることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスタービン。 3.前記部材は、板であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のガスタービン。 4.翼根部プラットホーム冷却手段は、冷却用流体が前記部材の孔を通って流れ たあと、冷却用流体を収集するための手段を更に有することを特徴とする請求項 2記載のガスタービン。 5.冷却用流体収集手段は、前記部材と第2の表面との間に形成されたキャビテ ィであることを特徴とする請求項4記載のガスタービン。 6.翼根部プラットホーム冷却手段は、プラットホームを貫通して延び、前記キ ャビティと流体連通する入口を備えた通路を更に有することを特徴とする請求項 5記載のガスタービン。 7.通路は高温圧縮ガスと流体連通状態にある出口を有し、それにより通路は冷 却用流体をキャビティから高温圧縮ガスに差し向けることを特徴とする請求項6 記載のガスタービン。 8.翼根部プラットホームは、上流側フェース及び下流側フェースを有し、通路 の出口は、下流側フェースに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載のガ スタービン。 9.通路は、プラットホームの長さの大部分を貫通して延びることを特徴とする 請求項5記載のガスタービン。 10.翼幹部は、凸状表面及び凹状表面を有し、プラットホームの第1の部分が、 凹状翼幹部表面と反対側に位置し、キャビティは、プラットホームの第1の部分 に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のガスタービン。 11.プラットホームの第2の部分が、凸状表面と反対側に位置し、翼根部プラッ トホーム冷却手段は、プラットホームの第2の部分を貫通して延びる第1の通路 を更に有することを特徴とする請求項10記載のガスタービン。 12.翼根部プラットホーム冷却手段は、プラットホームの第1の部分を貫通して 延び、キャビティと流体連通状態にある入口を備えた第2の通路を更に有するこ とを特徴とする請求項11記載のガスタービン。 13.翼根部は、プラットホームに連結された半径方向に延びるシャンク部分を有 し、プラットホームの第1及び第2の部分は、シャンク部分を越えて横方向に延 びることを特徴とする請求項12記載のガスタービン。 14.翼根部冷却手段は、プラットホームを斜めに貫通して延びる第1の冷却用流 体通路を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスタービン。 15.翼根部冷却手段は、プラットホームを長手方向に貫通して延びる第2の冷却 流体通路を更に有することを特徴とする請求項14記載のガスタービン。 16.ロータが収納されていて、高温圧縮ガスを膨張させるタービン区分を有する ガスタービンにおいて、タービン翼が、翼幹部と、翼をロータに取り付ける手段 、翼幹部が設けられているプラットホーム、プラットホームの冷却用流体及び冷 却用流体を複数のジェットに形成すると共にジェットをプラットホームの表面に 当てるよう差し向ける手段を有することを特徴とするタービン翼。 17.ジェットを形成して差し向ける前記手段は、前記表面から所定の距離を置い て配置された板を有し、該板には複数の孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請 求項16記載のタービン翼。 18.所定の距離と孔の直径の比は、少なくとも約3:1であることを特徴とする 請求項17記載のタービン翼。 19.前記表面は、半径方向内向きの表面であることを特徴とする請求項16記載 のタービン翼。 20.圧縮空気を生じさせるための圧縮機区分と、圧縮空気の第1の部分を加熱し て高温圧縮ガスを生じさせるための燃焼区分と、高温圧縮ガスを膨張させるため のタービン区分とを有し、タービン区分内にはロータが配置され、ロータには複 数の翼が取り付けられ、翼の各々は、翼幹部及び翼根部を有し、翼根部はプラッ トホームを有し、該プラットホームから翼幹部が延び、プラットホームは、高温 圧縮ガスにさらされる表面を有し、冷却用流体をプラットホームの前記表面と実 質的に平行な方向でプラットホーム中に差し向けることにより翼根部プラットホ ームを冷却させるための手段が設けられていることを特徴とするガスタービン。
