Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.単離精製されたヒトプロスタグランジンDPレセプターであって、該レセプ ターが特異的にプロスタグランジンと結合することを特徴とするレセプター。 2.アミノ酸配列 を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の単離精製されたプロスタグランジン DPレセプタータンパク質。 3.請求項2に記載のアミノ酸配列を有することを特徴とするヒトプロスタグラ ンジンDPレセプタータンパク質をコードする単離精製されたDNA分子。 4.ヌクレオチド配列 を有することを特徴とする、ヒトプロスタグランジンDPレセプタータンパク質 をコードする単離精製されたDNA分子。 5.組換え宿主細胞におけるヒトプロスタグランジンDPレセプタータンパク質 の発現のための発現ベクターであって、該発現ベクターが請求項4に記載のDN A分子を含むことを特徴とする発現ベクター。 6.組換えヒトプロスタグランジンDPレセプタータンパク質を発現する宿主細 胞であって、該宿主細胞が請求項5に記載の発現ベクターを含むことを特徴とす る宿主細胞。 7.組換え宿主細胞でのヒトプロスタグランジンDPレセプタータンパク質の発 現方法であって、 (a)適切な宿主細胞に請求項5に記載の発現ベクターをトランスフェクトする こと;及び (b)発現ベクターからヒトプロスタグランジンDPレセプタータンパク質を発 現させることができる条件下で、ステップ(a)に記載の宿主細胞を培養するこ と; を含むことを特徴とする方法。 8.ヒトプロスタグランジンDPレセプター活性のモジュレーターの同定方法で あって、 (a)プロスタグランジンレセプター活性のモジュレーターを、請求項2に記載 のアミノ酸配列を有するプロスタグランジンレセプターの全部又は一部と混合す ること;及び (b)プロスタグランジンレセプターに対するモジュレーターの効果を測定する こと; を含むことを特徴とする方法。 9.請求項1に記載のアミノ酸配列を有するヒトプロスタグランジンDPレセプ タータンパク質に特異的に結合する抗体。 10.請求項2に記載のアミノ酸配列を有するヒトプロスタグランジンDPレセ プタータンパク質に特異的に結合する抗体。
