Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.リグノセルロース系物質からリグノセルロース基剤製品を製造する方法で あって、該リグノセルロース系物質およびフェノール性ヒドロキシル基を含む置 換基を有するフェノール性多糖類を、酸化剤の存在下フェノール基の酸化を触媒 し得る酵素を用いて処理することを含んでなる、前記方法。 2.前記リグノセルロース基剤製品が、繊維板、パーティクルボード、フレー クボード、合板および成形複合材料から成る群から選ばれる、請求の範囲第1項 記載の方法。 3.前記リグノセルロース基剤製品が、紙および板紙から選ばれる、請求の範 囲第1項記載の方法。 4.前記リグノセルロース系物質が、植物繊維、木繊維、木材チップ、木材フ レークおよび木材ベニヤから成る群から選ばれる、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法 。 5.前記フェノール性多糖類のフェノール系化合物の置換基が、次の植物生合 成経路:p−クマル酸からp−クマリルアルコールへ、p−クマル酸からコニフ ェリルアルデヒドへおよびp−クマル酸からシナピルアルコールへ、の少なくと も1つにおいて生じるフェノール性化合物から誘導される置換基である、請求の 範囲第1〜4項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6.前記フェノール性多糖類のフェニル系化合物の置換基が、p−クマル酸、 p−クマリルアルコール、コニフェリルアルデヒド、シナピルアルコール、フェ ルラ酸およびp−ヒドロキシ安息香酸から成る群のメンバーから誘導される置換 基である、請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.フェノール性多糖類の多糖類部分が、化工デンプンおよび未 化工デンプン、加工および未加工セルロース、改質および未改質セルロース、お よび改質および未改質ヘミセルロースから成る群から選ばれる、請求の範囲第1 〜7項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.前記フェノール性多糖類が、アラビノキシランのフェルラ酸誘導体(ferul ylated arabinoxylans)およびペクチンのフェルラ酸誘導体から成る群から選ば れる、請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.前記リグノセルロース系物質、前記フェノール性多糖類および前記酵素を 含む反応媒質を、前記酸化剤の存在下、少なくとも1分、例えば1分ないし10時 間、好ましくは1分ないし2時間の時間インキュベートする、請求の範囲第1〜 8項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10.前記酵素が、オキシダーゼおよびペルオキシダーゼから成る群から選ばれ る、請求の範囲第1〜9項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.前記酵素が、オキシダーゼ、好ましくはラッカーゼ(EC 1.10.3.2)、カテ コール オキシダーゼ(EC 1.10.3.1)およびビリルビン オキシダーゼ(EC 1.3. 3.5)から選ばれるオキシダーゼであり、そして前記酸化剤が酸素である、請求 の範囲第1〜10項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12.前記酵素が、ボトリチス(Botrytis)種、マイセリオプトラ(Myceliopht hora)種、およびトラメテス ベルシカラー(Trametes versicolor)およびトラ メテス ビロサ(Trametes villosa)から成る群から選ばれる菌類から得ること のできるラッカーゼである、請求の範囲第1〜11項のいずれか1項に記載の方法 。 13.前記酵素が、ラッカーゼでありそして乾燥リグノセルロース系物質1g当 たり0.02−2000 LACU の範囲内の量で用いられる、請 求の範囲第1〜12項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 14.反応媒質をプロセス中に通気する、請求の範囲第11〜13項のいずれか1項 に記載の方法。 15.前記酵素が、ペルオキシダーゼでありそして前記酸化剤が過酸化水素であ る、請求の範囲第1〜10項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 16.前記ペルオキシダーゼが、乾燥リグノセルロース系物質1g当たり0.02− 2000 PODU の範囲内の量で用いられそして、培地中の過酸化水素の初期濃度が0. 01−100mM の範囲内にある、請求の範囲第15項記載の方法。 17.用いられるリグノセルロース系物質の量が、乾燥リグノセルロース系物質 として計算して、反応媒質の 0.1−90重量%に相当する、請求の範囲第1〜16項 のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 18.反応媒質の温度が、10−120 ℃、好ましくは15−90℃の範囲内にある、請 求の範囲第1〜17項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 19.乾燥リグノセルロース系物質基準で、0.1−10重量%の範囲内のフェノー ル性多糖類の量を用いる、請求の範囲第1〜18項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 20.反応媒質中のpHが、3−10、好ましくは4−9の範囲内にある、請求の範 囲第1〜19項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 21.請求の範囲第1〜20項のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得ることので きるリグノセルロース基剤製品。
