Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ニードルを弁座に接触および弁座から離反させるための第1の方向と第2の 方向とに可動な可動子と、 少なくとも前記第1の方向での動作停止を行うためのストッパ部材と、 前記ニードルのばね定数および振動モードを変更することによって、前記ニ ードルが前記ストッパ部材に接触するときの前記ニードルのはずみを減じるため に、前記ニードルに用いられた緩衝手段とを有することを特徴とする、切欠きが 形成されたニードルはずみ排除装置。 2.前記第1の方向が、前記ニードルを前記シートアセンブリに接触させるため の閉鎖方向であり、前記第2の方向が、前記ニードルを前記シートアセンブリか ら離反させる開放方向である、請求項1記載の装置。 3.前記緩衝手段が、前記第1の方向での緩衝を生ぜしめるようになっている、 請求項2記載の装置。 4.前記緩衝手段が、前記ニードルに設けられた少なくとも1つの凹部から成っ ている、請求項1記載の装置。 5.前記少なくとも1つの凹部が、階段状の配置で前記ニードルの向き合った側 に形成された多数の切欠 きから成っている、請求項4記載の装置。 6.前記少なくとも1つの凹部が、階段状の配置で前記ニードルの向き合った側 に形成された多数の切欠きから成っている、請求項4記載の装置。 7.前記少なくとも1つの凹部が、前記ニードルに形成された少なくとも1つの 溝から成っている、請求項4記載の装置。 8.前記ニードルが、波形が形成された管から成っている、請求項1記載の装置 。
