Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.固体触媒の存在下で、一般式(I) N≡C−R−NH2 (I) (式中Rは炭素数が3〜12であるアルキレン基である)の脂肪族アミノニトリ ルと水とを気相で反応させてラクタムを製造する方法であって、 前記固体触媒が、 (a) BET法で測定した比表面積が10〜280m2/gであり、かつ直径が5 00オングストロームより大きい細孔の容積が10ミリリットル/100g以上 であるアルミナ、又は (b) 比表面積が50〜280m2/gであり、かつ直径が70オングストローム より大きい細孔の容積が30ミリリットル/100g以上であるアルミナ、 から選択されることを特徴とする前記方法。 2.前記アルミナの直径が500オングストロームより大きい細孔の容積が20 ミリリットル/100g以上である請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記アルミナの比表面積が50m2/g以上である請求項1又は2に記載の 方法。 4.前記アルミナの直径が70オングストロームより大きい細孔の容積が45ミ リリットル/100g以上である請求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記アルミナの比表面積が80m2/g以上である請求項1及び4のうち一 の請求項に記載の方法。 6.前記一般式(I)のアミノニトリルが6−アミノカプロニトリルである請求 項1〜5のうち一の請求項に記載の方法。 7.前記加えられたアミノニトリルに対する水のモル比が0.5〜50である請 求項1〜6のうち一の請求項に記載の方法。 8.前記反応時の温度が200〜450℃である請求項1〜7のうち一の請求項 に記載の方法。
