Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.吸入圧力(AI)下の患者回路(1)の吸入支管(3)に呼吸可能なガスを供給 する手段(8)を備えた圧力モードの呼吸補助装置であって: 呼吸流量(VTI;VTE)を測定する手段(12;32;42)と、 呼吸流量(VTI;VIE)を指令(VTImini;VTEmini)と比較する手段と、 呼吸流量が指令(VTImini;VTEmini)よりも小さい時に吸入圧力(AI)を増加 させ、呼吸流量が指令(VTImini;VTEmini)よりも大きい時に吸入圧力を減少さ せる調節手段(11)、 とを備えたことを特徴とする呼吸補助装置。 2.吸入圧力を調節するため、調節手段(11)は調節された圧力(8)で換気モ ジュールに印加される圧力指令を調節することを特徴とする請求項1の装置。 3.前記呼吸流量測定手段(12;32;42)は一呼吸サイクルで患者が呼吸した容 積(VTI;VTE)を測定し、前記調節手段(11)は前記呼吸した容積と指令との比 較(21)の結果に基づいて次のサイクルて印加する吸入圧力を調節することを特 徴とする請求項1又は2の装置。 4.前記呼吸流量測定手段(12;42)は患者が吸入した流量(VTI)を測定する ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいづれかに基づく装置。 5.前記呼吸流量測定手段(32;42)は患者が吐き出した流量(VTE)を測定す ることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいづれかに基づく装置。 6.前記呼吸流量測定手段(42)は患者が吸入した流量(VTI)又は吐き出した 流量(VTE)を選択的に測定することを特徴とする請求項から3のいづれかに基 づく装置。 7.該装置は呼吸サイクルの吸入位相の期間中に吸入支管(3)をほぼ気密に患 者の呼吸管に連通させると共に呼吸サイクルの呼息位相の期間中に吸入支管(3 )内の呼吸可能ガスの循環を遮断する手段(8)を備え、前記呼吸流量測定手段 (12)は吸入支管(3)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4の装置。 8.患者回路(1)は呼息支管(4)を備え、該装置は呼吸サイクルの呼息位相の 期間中に呼息支管(4)をほぼ気密に患者の呼吸管に連通させると共に呼吸サイ クルの吸入位相の期間中に呼息支管(4)内のガスの循環を遮断する手段(5)を 備え、呼吸流量測定手段(32)は呼息支管(4)に接続されていることを特徴と する請求項5の装置。 9.患者回路(1)は2方向支管(5)を備え、該2方向支管には吸入支管(3) と呼息通路(4)が接続してあり、呼吸流量測定手段(42)は2方向支管(5)に 接続してあって流れの2方向における流量を測定可能であり、流れの方向を選択 するための手段(43)が設けてあり、呼吸流量測定手段(42)は該方向の流量を 測定することを特徴とする請求項6の装置。 10.前記調節手段は、呼吸流量(VTI;VTE)が指令よりも小さい前記場合であ って吸入圧力(AI)が所定の最大圧力(AImaxi)よりも小さい時に吸入圧力(AI )を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいづれかに基づく装置。 11.前記調節手段は、呼吸流量(VTI;VTE)が指令よりも大きい前記場合であ って吸入圧力(AI)が所定の最小圧力(AImini)よりも大きい時に吸入圧力(AI )を減少させることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいづれかに基づく装置。 12.呼吸流量(VTI;VTE)が指令(VTImini;VTEmini)よりも小さい前記場合 および大きい前記場合の少なくともいづれかの場合には、前記調節手段は測定さ れた呼吸流量(VTI;VTE)と指令(VTImini;VTEmini)との間のずれに伴い増加 する圧力変動を吸入圧力に加えることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいづれか に基づく装置。 13.呼吸流量(VTI;VTE)が指令(VTImini;VTEmini)よりも小さい前記場合 および大きい前記場合の少なくともいづれかの場合には、前記調節手段は、測定 された呼吸流量(VTI;VTE)と指令(VTImini;VTEmini)との間のずれに百分率 において等しい圧力変動を吸入圧力に印加することを特徴とする請求項1から1 1のいづれかに基づく装置。 14.呼吸流量(VTI;VTE)が指令(VTImini;VTEmini)よりも小さい前記場合 および大きい前記場合の少なくともいづれかの場合には、前記調節手段は、修正 された圧力を計算すると共に、該修正された圧力が所定の極端値の手前にある場 合には該修正された圧力を印加し、該修正された圧力が前記所定の極端値を超え る場合には吸入圧力を前記所定の極端値に等しくすることを特徴とする請求項1 から11のいづれかに基づく装置。 15.該装置は、呼吸流量(VTI;VTE)が指令(VTImini)よりも小さいことと 吸入圧力(AI)が少なくとも所定の最大圧力に等しいことの同時発生を報知する 手段(26)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10又は14の装置。
