Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水素を用いたベンゼンの触媒的水素化により、シクロヘキサンを製造する方 法であって、該方法が、ニッケルとして計算して10重量%以上のニッケル含量を 有する、担持されたニッケル触媒の存在中で、ベンゼンを水素化することを含み 、該触媒は硫黄またはその化合物を促進剤として含むところの方法。 2.触媒が、硫黄/ニッケル原子比0.01〜1で、硫黄で促進されている請求項1 記載の方法。 3.担体が、耐火性酸化物および活性炭から成る群より選択される請求項1また は2記載の方法。 4.担体が、二酸化ケイ素、酸化アルミニウム、ケイ素‐アルミニウム酸化物、 酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、およびこれらの酸化物の2以上の組合せから選 択される請求項3記載の方法。 5.担体が、二酸化ケイ素、酸化アルミニウムおよびこれらの組合せから選択さ れる請求項4記載の方法。 6.触媒のニッケル含量が、還元された触媒中のニッケルとして計算して、10〜 80重量%である請求項1〜5のいず れか1項記載の方法。 7.温度100〜350 ℃、かつ全圧3〜150 バールにて水素化が行われる請求項1 〜6のいずれか1項記載の方法。 8.あらかじめ形成された触媒粒子の固定床中で水素化が行われる請求項1〜7 のいずれか1項記載の方法。 9.ベンゼンのシクロヘキサンへの触媒的水素化のために、硫黄で促進されたニ ッケル触媒を使用する方法。
