Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)復熱式熱交換用の壁を形成する担体表面(1a、b)に散布されてなる 触媒; b)金属またはセラミック製で、模様を有する帯状物(1a)からなり、さら に束(1b)にされてなる前記壁;を備え c)前記束は流路間で熱交換が可能な交互流路を形成し、ここで流路の幾何学 図形的配列は前記帯状物の折り畳みや前記模様で決定され; d)前記束の交互流路は、前記束の、一端において、両側にある入口アタッチ メント(9)と出口アタッチメント(10)と、さらに前記束の他端において反 転室(8)とそれぞれ接続しているので、入って来るガスと出て行くガスの流れ の間に熱交換が起こっている間はガスは装置から流れることを特徴とするガス混 合物の接触処理用装置。 2.前記反転室(8)は加熱部材(11)を含んでなる請求の範囲1に記載の装 置。 3.前記加熱部材(11)は電気ヒーターである請求の範囲2に記載の装置。 4.前記加熱部材(11)はガスまたは液体燃料用のバーナーである請求の範囲 2に記載の装置。 5.前記反転室(8)は暖かいガスにより加熱される請求の範囲1に記載の装置 。 6.前記帯状物は、触媒で帯状物の入口側および必要により出口側を被覆されて なる請求の範囲1〜5項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 7.前記帯状物は、触媒で帯状物の出口側だけを被覆されてなる請求の範囲1〜 5項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 8.前記帯状物の両側は、異なるタイプの触媒で被覆されてなる請求の 範囲1〜5項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 9.前記帯状物は、触媒で前記反転室(8)に近い部分だけが被覆されてなる請 求の範囲1〜5項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 10.前記帯状物の模様は、折り畳みノッチ(2、3)により一定間隔で中断さ れてなる請求の範囲1〜9項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
