Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第一ポートと第二ポートと連通流路とを有する弁箱と、 前記流路を通る流体の流れを制御するために閉弁位置から開弁位置へ流路内で 回転しうるように且つ前記弁箱内に不動に組み込まれたボールと、 前記ボールに近接して前記流路内に組み込まれた、前記流路を通る流体の流れ によって発生するノイズを減衰させるための複数個の開口を有する減衰器と、 前記ボールに接触するように前記減衰器内に組み込まれた環状シール部材と、 閉弁状態において、前記環状シール部材を前記ボールに係合させるように押圧 するために該環状シール部材に連結されたバネ手段 とを備えてなる流体の信頼性の高い閉止を提供する回転式流体制御弁とノイズ 減衰器との組み合わせ物。 2.ボールの前記第一環状シール部材とは反対側の部分に接触するように流路内 に組み込まれる第二環状シール部材と、 閉弁状態において、前記第二環状シール部材を前記ボールに係合させるように 押圧するために、該第二環状シール部材に連結された第二バネ手段 とを備えてなる請求項1記載の回転式流体制御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わ せ物。 3.前記流路を通る流体の流れによって発生するノイズを減衰させるための複数 個の開口を有し、前記ボールに近接し且つ前記第一減衰器の反対側に位置するよ うに前記流路内に組み込まれた第二減衰器、 を有してなる請求項1記載の回転式流体制御弁とノイズ減衰 器との組み合わせ物。 4.前記流路を通る流体の流れによって発生するノイズを減衰させるための複数 個の開口を有し、前記ボールに近接し且つ前記第一減衰器の反対側に位置するよ うに前記流路内に組み込まれた第二減衰器と、 該第二減衰器と前記ボールとのあいだに組み込まれた第二環状シール部材と、 閉弁状態において、前記第二環状シール部材を前記ボールに係合させるように 押圧するために、該第二環状シール部材に連結された第二バネ手段 とを有し、二方向の流体制御弁を構成する請求項1記載の回転式流体制御弁と ノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 5.前記減衰器が前記流路内に固定されており、この減衰器が、前記ボールに対 向し且つ前記バネ手段が嵌着されうる環状空隙が形成された突出周縁部を備えて なる 請求項1記載の回転式流体制御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 6.前記環状シール部材を保持するための手段を有し且つ前記環状空隙内に摺動 自在に組み込まれた環状のシール保持部材を備えてなる 請求項5記載の回転式流体制御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 7.前記環状シール保持部材が、前記バネを前記環状空隙内に留め置くための、 ならびに、前記環状シール保持部材および環状シール部材を前記ボールに対して 押圧するための肩部を有してなる 請求項6記載の回転式流体制御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 8.前記減衰器が前記流路内に浮動的に組み込まれてなる請求項2記載の回転式 流体制御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 9.前記減衰器が、その中に環状シール部材が保持された突出周縁部を有してな る請求項8記載の回転式流体制御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 10.前記バネ手段が、環状シール部材をボールに押圧するために減衰器の突出 周縁部と前記弁箱とのあいだに組み込まれてなる請求項9記載の回転式流体制御 弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 11.前記流体の流れが、前記押圧に打ち勝って実質的に環状シール部材のボー ルに対する係合を解くように前記減衰器の前後の差圧を生ぜしめるように構成さ れてなる請求項10記載の回転式流体制御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 12.流入ポートと流出ポートと連通流路とを有する弁箱と、 前記流入ポートから流出ポートへの流体の流れを制御するために閉弁位置から 開弁位置へ流路内で回転しうるように且つ前記弁箱内に不動に組み込まれたボー ルと、 前記ボールに近接して前記流路内に組み込まれた、前記流入ポートと流出ポー トとのあいだの流体の流れによって発生するノイズを減衰させるための複数個の 開口を有する減衰器と、 前記ボールと前記減衰器とのあいだに組み込まれた環状シール部材と、 前記環状シール部材に連結された圧力均衡式シール手段 とを備えており、 前記圧力均衡式シール手段が、 (1)閉弁状態において前記環状シール部材を前記ボールに 対してしっかりとシール係合するように押圧し、 (2)開弁状態において流体の流れを回転制御するに際し、前記ボールと前記 環状シール部材とのあいだの摩擦を低減するために、ボールとの係合を小さくす るように前記環状シール手段を付勢する ように構成されてなる 流体の信頼性の高い閉止と流体の流れを回転制御する際の低摩擦を提供する回 転式流体制御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 13.前記減衰器が前記流路内に浮動的に組み込まれてなる請求項12記載の回 転式流体制御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 14.前記減衰器が、その中に環状シール部材が保持された突出周縁部を有して なる請求項13記載の回転式流体制御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 15.前記バネ手段が、環状シール部材をボールに押圧するために減衰器の突出 周縁部と前記弁箱とのあいだに組み込まれてなる請求項14記載の回転式流体制 御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 16.前記流体の流れが、前記押圧に打ち勝って実質的に環状シール部材のボー ルに対する係合を解くように前記減衰器の前後の差圧を生ぜしめるように構成さ れてなる請求項15記載の回転式流体制御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合わせ物。 17.ボールの前記第一環状シール部材とは反対側の部分に接触するように流路 内に組み込まれる第二環状シール部材と、 閉弁状態において、前記第二環状シール部材を前記ボールに係合させるように 押圧するために、該第二環状シール部材に連結された第二バネ手段 とを備えてなる請求項12記載の回転式流体制御弁とノイズ減衰器との組み合 わせ物。
