Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.組成物の重量を基にして有機溶剤10〜70重量%およびバインダー30〜 90重量%を含有し、周囲の条件下で硬化するコーティング組成物であり、バイ ンダーが、 (a)(1)中心部分と、(2)それぞれの中心部分に結合される平均して一 つより多いペンダント非環状無水物部分と、を含む約3000より少ない分子量 を有する無水物樹脂と、 (b)分子量約150〜20,000を有し、少なくともエポキシ官能価2を 有し、架橋剤が少なくともヒドロキシ官能価1を有する部分を少なくとも一部分 有するオリゴマーまたはポリマー架橋剤と、 (c)機能的な量の少なくとも一つの活性触媒と、 を含有し、無水物に対するヒドロキシの等量割合が少なくとも約0.05であり 、無水物に対するエポキシの等量割合が0.5〜1.8であることを特徴とする コーティング組成物。 2.無水物およびイソシアナートの組み合わせに対するヒドロキシの等量割合が 0.05〜1.5であることを特徴とするイソシアナート架橋剤をさらに含有す る請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.基板に塗布される実施例1に記載の硬化性コーティング組成物。 4.基板が顔料ベースコートで塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載 の塗布された基板。 5.塗布される硬化性組成物が実質的に顔料を含まないことを特徴とする請求項 4に記載の塗布された基板。 6.ベースコートが水性ベースコーティング組成物であることを特徴とする請求 項4に記載の塗布された基板。
