Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アルギン酸塩繊維を含む非免疫原且つ生分解性の移植組成物。 2.アルギン酸塩繊維が、50−80重量%のグルロン酸を含む請求項1の組成 物。 3.アルギン酸塩繊維が、第一及び第二の陽イオンを有する混合アルギン酸塩を 含み、第一の陽イオンは、不溶性のアルギン酸塩を形成でき、さらに第二の陽イ オンは、可溶性のアルギン酸塩を形成でき、第一の陽イオン(不溶解性)対第二 の陽イオン(溶解性)の比は、重量で20:80−100:0の範囲にある請求 項1又は2の組成物。 4.繊維の吸収性が、繊維1g当たり少なくとも40.0gの脱イオン水である 請求項1−3の何れか一つの項の組成物。 5.組成物が、温度に対する温度による繊維の%重量損失の一次導関数のプロッ トにおいて100−400℃の範囲で分裂した極大を有することを特徴とするア ルギン酸塩繊維を含む請求項1−4の何れか一つの項の組成物。 6.組成物が、温度に対する温度による繊維の%重量損失の一次導関数のプロッ トにおいて220−290℃の範囲で二つの極大を有することを特徴とする繊維 を含む請求項1−4の何れか一つの項の組成物。 7.組成物が、以下の工程、 (i)約90−98%例えば95−98%の繊維を製造するために好適な酸によ りアルギン酸塩繊維を処理する工程、 (ii)1価又は2価の陽イオンの飽和水溶液によるアルギン酸繊維の処理工程 、 (iii)繊維による水の吸収が有効に終わるまで水により繊維を洗う工程、及 び (iv)水溶性のアルギン酸塩を形成できる陽イオンの源により繊維を処理する 工程 を含む方法により製造されるアルギン酸塩繊維を含む請求項1−6の何れか一つ の項の組成物。 8.方法が、追加の工程、 (v)水不溶性のアルギン酸塩を形成できる陽イオンの源により繊維を処理する 工程 を含む請求項7の組成物。 9.工程iのアルギン酸塩繊維が、アルギン酸カルシウムである請求項7又は8 のアルギン酸塩繊維を含む組成物。 10.他のイオン及び/又は薬剤が、工程(iv)の間又はその後に含まれる請 求項7−9の何れか一つの項の組成物。 11.繊維が、ヒアルロン酸又はその製薬上許容できる塩を含む請求項1−10 の何れか一つの項の組成物。 12.繊維が、30℃より低いガラス転移温度範囲を有することを特徴とする請 求項1−11の何れか一つの項の組成物。 13.繊維が、0−15Hzの範囲のTanδ植を有することを特徴とする請求 項1−12の何れか一つの項の組成物。 14.方法が、非免疫原且つ生分解性のアルギン酸塩繊維を哺乳動物の身体に移 植することを含む哺乳動物を治療する方法。 15.請求項1−14の何れか一つの項の組成物を含む生分解性縫線。 16.請求項1−15の何れか一つの項の組成物を含む生分解性支持構造物。 17.請求項1−15の何れか一つの項の組成物を含む生分解性医薬伝達システ ム。
