Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.分散した不溶性物質と担体媒質との混合物であるバルク媒質を転移部に供給 する工程と、 バルク媒質内の不溶性物質を転移部内の転移位置へ移動させ、バルク媒質内の 不溶性物質を転移位置において濃縮する工程と、 転移位置において、バルク媒質内の濃縮物から不溶性物質を取り除き、不溶性 物質を表面に蒸着する工程と、を有する、物質を表面に蒸着する方法。 2.不溶性物質は、バルク媒質内を担体物質に対して区別されて流れる請求項1 記載の方法。 3.不溶性物質は、バルク媒質が他の物質と自由界面を有する位置において、濃 縮物から取り除かれる請求項1記載の方法。 4.不溶性物質は粒子である請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.不溶性物質は、担体物質に対して相対的に荷電され、バルク媒質内での粒子 の移動は電気泳動による請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.不溶性物質は、担体物質と異なる誘電率を有し、不均一な電界の印加により 移動し、濃縮する請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.不溶性物質は、担体物質と異なる密度を有し、移動及び濃縮は沈降、浮遊又 は遠心分離により行われる請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.不溶性物質は正味の磁気双極子を有し、不均一な電界の印加により移動し、 濃縮する請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の方法を使用する印刷方法において、バル ク媒質は着色したインク及び粒子を含むこと。 10.粒子が、バルク媒質からノズル又はその他の穴を通じて取り除かれる請求 項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.粒子は、バルク媒質から、金属性円錐部、針状プローブ、斜角端部を有す るチューブ、先細りの中空胴部、及び、金属性先細り固体胴部のうちのいずれか 一つを有する位置において取り除かれる請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の方 法。 12.担体媒体の一部は、不溶性物質と共にバルク媒質から取り除かれる請求項 1乃至11のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.請求項1乃至12に記載のいずれかの方法を含む印刷方法。 14.隔離壁、開口、流体の入口、及び、流体の出口を有する流体含有セルと、 セルを少なくとも部分的に囲む第1の電極と、 開口内に配置された第2の、排出電極と、を備える物質転移装置。 15.請求項14記載の物質転写装置を備えるプリンタ。
