Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.それを通って流体が流れることのできるチャネル(4)を備えた触媒反応器 のハニカム状の本体であって、特に自動車の内燃機関の排気ガスのための触媒反 応器のハニカム状の本体であり、交互にある本質的に平滑なメタルシートの層( 2)と、構造化され、特に波形状であるメタルシートの層(3)とを含み、少な くとも1枚のメタルシートの層は他の層よりも厚い入力材料を含み、前記ハニカ ム状の本体は、 前記平滑なメタルシートの層すべては互いに同じ入力材料で製造され、前記構 造化されたメタルシートの層(3)すべては互いに同じ入力材料から製造され、 かつ前記平滑なメタルシートの層(2)および構造化されたメタルシートの層( 3)は互いとは異なった厚さおよび/または特性を有する入力材料から製造され ることに特徴がある、ハニカム状の本体。 2.前記滑らかなメタルシートの層(2)すべては0.04mmから0.06m mの厚さを有し、好ましくは0.05mmの厚さであり、前記構造化されたメタ ルシートの層(3)は0.025mmから0.045mmの厚さを有し、好まし くは0.04mmの厚さであり、 前記構造化されたメタルシートの層(3)は前記平滑なメタルシートの層(2 )よりも少なくとも0.005mmだけ薄く、好ましくは0.01mmだけ薄い ことに特徴が ある、請求項1に記載のハニカム状の本体。 3.前記平滑なシート(2)は前記構造化されたシート(3)よりも硬い材料を 含むことに特徴がある、請求項1または2に記載のハニカム状の本体。 4.前記構造化されたシート(3)は軽く焼き鈍しされているが、前記平滑なシ ート(2)は軽く焼き鈍しされていないことに特徴がある、請求項1、2または 3に記載のハニカム状の本体。 5.前記構造を横切る前記構造化されたメタルシートの層(3)は付加的な微小 な構造を有することに特徴がある、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のハニカム状 の本体。 6.前記構造化されたメタルシートの層(3)の数と平滑なメタルシートの層( 2)の数とがおよそ等しいことに特徴がある、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の ハニカム状の本体。 7.前記メタルシートの層(2、3)は互いの周りに巻付けられて、その中にハ ニカム状の本体が据付けられるジャケットチューブの内部断面の周縁断面に適合 するようにされていることに特徴がある、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のハニ カム状の本体。 8.前記メタルシートの層(2、3)は互いの周りにS字に巻付けられているこ とに特徴がある、請求項7に記載のハニカム状の本体。 9.前記メタルシートの層(2、3)は積み重ね(1)に 置かれることに特徴がある、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のハニカム状の本体 。 10.少なくとも数枚の前記平滑なメタルシートの層(2)は、前記構造化され たメタルシートの層(3)よりも実質的に小さな波形振幅を伴う波形を有するこ とに特徴がある、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のハニカム状の本体。
