2. Description of the Related Art In general, this type of hair cutting device is used for treating waste hair before wearing a high-leg swimsuit or a leotard, for example. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 37521 or JP-A-8-289814 is known. Among them, the technique described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-37521 discloses a heater cassette in which a heater wire is stretched between conductive terminals protruding from both ends of a substantially bow-shaped base so as to be able to be inserted into and removed from the processing unit body. It is made. The technique described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-289814 discloses a technique in which a comb tooth is detachably attached to a head, a head is detachably attached to a handle, and a heater wire is stretched between electrode members. And a pulling means for constantly applying a pulling force to the heater wire of the heater cartridge when the heater cartridge is mounted on the body hair treatment device main body or the head.

According to the hair cutting device configured as described above, the switch is turned on while the heater wire between the comb teeth plates is in contact with an appropriate length of the hair while combing the hair at the comb teeth. Then, the heater wire is energized and generates heat, so that the body hair portion in contact with the heater wire can be easily burned off. Also, unlike the case of cutting with a knife such as scissors or a razor, the tip of the burnt body hair does not become sharp, it becomes round, and the tip of the hair cracks as in the case of a knife. No defects.

However, in the former, that is, the hair cutting device described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-37521, a heater cassette in which a heater wire is stretched between conductive terminals is connected to both comb teeth of the processing device main body. Since it is formed so as to be able to be inserted and removed between the plates, there is a problem that poor contact easily occurs between the conductive terminal and the power supply terminal on the power supply side. Further, it is necessary to provide guide strips which engage with each other on the comb tooth plate and the heater cassette in order to easily attach and detach the heater cassette.
For this reason, there has been a problem that the heater cassette becomes large and the comb teeth part becomes large, so that fine hair processing becomes difficult. Furthermore, since the heater wire is simply stretched between the conductive terminals, there is a problem that the heater wire, which has been heated by energization, expands and loosens, so that the hair cannot be cut smoothly. Further, in the latter, that is, in the hair cutting device described in JP-A-8-289814, the heater cartridge in which the heater wire is stretched between the electrode members is mounted on the body hair processing device main body or the head. Is provided with a pulling means for constantly applying a pulling force to the heater wire, so that the heater wire generated by energization does not become loose due to thermal expansion. However, the pulling means includes one of the electrode members on which the heater wire is stretched and the body hair treatment device main body. Alternatively, since it is formed by a coil spring wound around the head, there are problems in that the number of parts is increased, assembly is troublesome, and replacement when the heater wire is cut or damaged is troublesome.

[0005] In use, it is more convenient to inform the user of the energized state of the heater wire and the consumed state of the battery and the like. Further, while it is better to carry this kind of hair cutting device with ease, it is desirable to prevent the comb-tooth plate of the comb teeth portion from being damaged by contacting the outside when carrying. Further, it is necessary to take measures such as preventing the switch piece for energizing the heater wire from being inadvertently turned on when carrying.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has as its first object to reduce the number of constituent members so that the heater wire is always provided with tension and that the heater wire is easily attached.
The second object is to enable accurate display of the energized state and the electric consumption state of the heater wire during use, and also to protect the comb-teeth portion and prevent the careless operation of the switch piece when carrying. The cap 60 is provided with an opening 61 for guiding the switch piece 50. The comb teeth 2 are guided in the opening 61 with the switch piece 50 being guided.
0 is covered. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, the switch piece 50 is provided with a malfunction preventing notch 52 that engages with the edge of the opening 61 of the cap 60 on both sides except for the center of the front end surface. Therefore, the comb teeth 2
By covering 0 with the cap 60, the comb teeth portion 20 can be protected. Further, since the edge of the opening 61 of the cap 60 is engaged with the malfunction preventing notch 52 of the switch piece 50, it is possible to prevent the switch piece 50 from being accidentally pushed in and the heater wire 31 from being energized. . In this case, the edge of the opening 61 is formed in a tapered or arcuate shape, and the malfunction preventing notch 52 is formed in the opening 61.
Is formed along the edge shape of the comb-shaped portion 2 with only the switch piece 50 exposed.
0 can be attached. In addition, a notch 5 for preventing malfunction is provided.
2 is provided on both sides except for the center of the tip surface of the switch piece 50, so that the strength can be increased as compared with the case where notches are provided on the left and right sides of the tip face of the switch piece 50, and the tip of the switch piece 50 Damage can be prevented. That is, since the reinforcing rib can be formed in the malfunction preventing notch 52 by leaving the center of the tip end face of the switch piece 50, the strength can be provided, and the tip end of the switch piece 50 can be provided by an external impact or the like. In order to use the hair cutting device configured as described above, the heater wire 31 between the comb teeth plates 21 and 22 is brought into contact with an appropriate length of the hair while combing the hair with the comb teeth portion 20. In this state, the switch piece 50 is turned on. Then, the heater wire 31 is energized and generates heat, so that the body hair contacting the heater wire 31 can be easily burned off. Moreover, unlike the case of cutting with a knife such as scissors or a razor, the tip of the burnt body hair does not become sharp, it becomes round, and the tip of the hair cracks as in the case of a blade. No defects. Further, when the heater wire 31 is energized, the light emitting element 41 emits light to notify the user of the energized state, and the illuminance of the light emitting element 41 is reduced by the diode 42, so that the user can reduce the battery consumption state. You can let them know.
Therefore, the user can perform the hair treatment while checking the state of consumption of the battery.
