Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hair cutting device, and more specifically, a comb tooth portion having a pair of comb tooth plates facing each other at intervals, and a comb tooth plate disposed between the comb tooth plates. The present invention relates to a hair cutting device comprising a heater wire that burns in contact with the hair that has been inserted in between.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, this type of hair cutting device is used, for example, for treating waste hair before wearing a high-leg swimsuit or leotard. As this type of hair cutting device, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-37521 or a special hair cutting device is used. Those described in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Application No. 8-289814 are known. Among them, (1) The technology described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-37521 is a method in which a heater cassette in which a heater wire is stretched between conductive terminals protruding from both ends of a substantially arcuate base is inserted into and removed from the processor body. It can be formed. (2) In the technique described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-289814, the comb tooth portion is made detachable from the head, the head is made detachable from the handle portion, and the heater wire is interposed between the electrode members. In the state where the stretched heater cartridge is mounted on the main body of the hair treatment device or the head, it is provided with a pulling means that always applies a pulling force to the heater wire of the heater cartridge.
[0003]
According to the hair cutting apparatus configured as described above, when the heater wire between the comb teeth plates is brought into contact with the appropriate length portion of the hair while the hairs are combed at the comb teeth portion, When the heater wire is energized, it generates heat, and the hair portion in contact with the heater wire can be easily burned out. In addition, the ends of the burned body hair are not sharp unlike the case of cutting with a blade such as a razor or razor, and become rounded, resulting in cracks at the hair tip as in the case of the blade. There is no fault.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, (1) the former, that is, the hair cutting device described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-37521, makes it possible to insert and remove a heater cassette in which a heater wire is stretched between conductive terminals between both comb teeth plates of the processing device body. Since it is formed, there is a problem that contact failure between the conductive terminal and the power supply terminal on the power source side is likely to occur. Further, in order to facilitate the mounting and dismounting of the heater cassette, it is necessary to provide guide strips that engage with each other on the comb tooth plate and the heater cassette, so that the heater cassette becomes larger and the comb tooth portion becomes larger, and fine body hair treatment. There was a problem that it was difficult to do. Furthermore, since the heater wire is simply stretched between the conductive terminals, the heater wire that generates heat due to energization expands and loosens, and the hair cannot be cut smoothly. (2) In the latter, that is, the hair cutting device described in JP-A-8-289814, a heater cartridge in which a heater wire is stretched between electrode members is attached to the body of the hair processing device or the head. In the heater cartridge, the heater wire of the heater cartridge is always provided with a pulling means, so that the heater wire that generates heat due to energization does not loosen due to thermal expansion. Since it is formed by a coil spring that is stretched over the main body of the processor or the head, there are problems that the number of parts increases, the assembly becomes troublesome, and the replacement when the heater wire is cut or damaged is troublesome.
[0005]
In use, it is more convenient to inform the user of the energized state of the heater wire and the exhausted state of the battery. Furthermore, this type of hair cutting processor is preferably convenient to carry, but it is desirable to be able to prevent the comb tooth plate of the comb tooth portion from coming into contact with the outside and being damaged when carrying. Further, it is necessary to take measures such as preventing the energization switch piece of the heater wire from being inadvertently turned on when being carried.
[0006]

A comb tooth portion 20 composed of comb tooth plates 21, 22, a heater wire unit 30 that stretches a heater wire 31 disposed perpendicular to the comb teeth between the comb tooth plates 21, 22 of the comb tooth portion 20; The light emitting display means 40 exposed at the upper part of the tooth part 20, the switch piece 50 for turning on / off the heater wire 31, and the comb tooth part 20 and the light emitting display means with the switch piece 50 exposed. And a cap 60 covering 40.
[0016]
The processor main body 10 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape having an opening for accommodating a battery (not shown), and a connecting portion connected to, for example, the anode (+) side of the battery at the bottom, that is, the comb tooth portion at the tip. The switch plate spring 11 having a protrusion protrudes outward by the switch set screw 12, the battery plate 13 connected to the cathode (−) side of the battery on the opening side, and the battery that presses the battery plate 13 A battery cover 15 is detachably attached via a spring 14 by, for example, bayonet fitting. A display seal 18 can be attached to the outer surface of the battery lid 15. In addition, a ground plate spring 16 serving as a power supply electrode terminal is provided along one end of the processor main body 10 so that one end is connected to the battery plate 13 and the other end protrudes outward from the comb tooth side.
[0017]
Further, a pair of bearing portions 17 that face each other with a gap projecting from the front end surface of the processor body 10, and a projecting shaft 51 that projects from both ends of the switch piece 50 is rotated on the bearing portion 17. It is supported as possible. The switch piece 50 that is rotatably supported by the bearing portion 17 has a free end portion that can be raised and lowered. The switch piece 50 engages with the upper surface of the switch leaf spring 11 and resists the elastic force of the switch leaf spring 11. The switch plate spring 11 is configured to be able to come into contact with a power supply electrode plate 27 described later by being pushed down.
[0018]
The comb-tooth plates 21 and 22 constituting the comb-tooth portion 20 have screw teeth provided on the inner side of a semicircular arc-shaped base portion 20c that is formed with a comb-tooth 20b at a tapered portion 20a at the tip and is continuous with the tapered portion 20a. It is attached to the processor main body 10 by a set screw 23 screwed into the portion 20d from inside the processor main body 10. In addition, the flange part extended toward the comb-tooth plates 21 and 22 which leaves the notch 24 for the switch piece 50 and the opening window 25 for the light-emitting element 41 of the light-emitting display means 40 on the upper part of the comb-tooth part 20. 20e is provided. The portion 35c is near the periphery of the mounting hole 32a. It is location. Therefore, since the heater wire 31 is stretched in a state where tension is always applied by the elastic force of the second electrode piece 35, even if the heater wire 31 generates heat and expands due to energization, the tension always works without loosening. Is stretched.
[0020]
In the heater wire unit 30 configured as described above, the heater wire 31 is attached to the attachment seat 20f provided on the comb tooth plate 21 of the comb tooth portion 20 by screwing the attachment screw 36 penetrating the attachment hole 32a. It is attached to the comb tooth portion 20 in a state orthogonal to the comb teeth 20 b of the comb tooth plate 21. In this state, the first electrode piece 34 is connected to the ground leaf spring 16 that is the cathode (−) side feeding electrode terminal, and the bent portion 35c of the second electrode piece 35 is disposed on the surface of the mounting seat 20f. [0021]
The cap 60 is provided with an opening 61 for guiding the switch piece 50, and is configured to cover the comb tooth portion 20 in a state in which the switch piece 50 is guided in the opening 61. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, the switch piece 50 is provided with a malfunction prevention cutout 52 that engages with the edge of the opening 61 of the cap 60 on both sides, leaving the center portion of the tip surface. Therefore, the comb-tooth portion 20 can be protected by covering the comb-tooth portion 20 with the cap 60. Further, the edge of the opening 61 of the cap 60 engages with the malfunction prevention cutout 52 of the switch piece 50, thereby preventing the switch piece 50 from being inadvertently pushed and energizing the heater wire 31. . In this case, only the switch piece 50 is exposed by forming the edge of the opening 61 in a tapered shape or a circular arc shape and forming the malfunction prevention notch 52 along the edge shape of the opening 61. In this state, the cap 60 can be attached to the comb tooth portion 20. In addition, by providing the malfunction prevention cutouts 52 on both sides leaving the center of the tip surface of the switch piece 50, it is possible to increase the strength compared to the case of providing cutouts on the left and right of the tip face of the switch piece 50, and Damage to the tip of the switch piece 50 can be prevented. In other words, since the reinforcing rib can be formed in the malfunction preventing cutout 52 by leaving the center of the front end surface of the switch piece 50, the strength can be increased, and the front end portion of the switch piece 50 can be given by an external impact or the like. Can be prevented from being damaged.
[0022]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the light-emitting display means 40 is a heater wire 31 in an electric circuit of the heater wire 31 connected in series via a switch S having the switch piece 50 to a battery power source E, for example. And a light emitting element 41 (LED) connected in parallel with the light emitting element 41 and a consumable display element connected in series with the light emitting element 41 to suppress the voltage to the light emitting element 41, for example, a diode 42. Note that the two lead wires 41 a of the light emitting element 41 are covered with an insulating tube 43.
[0023]
In this way, by connecting the light emitting element 41 and the diode 42 in parallel with the heater wire 31, the heater wire 31 is energized and generates heat when the switch S is turned on, and at the same time, the light emitting element 41 emits light and displays the energized state. be able to. In addition, the voltage of the power source E, for example, 3V can be suppressed to 2V, for example, by the diode 42 and applied to the light emitting element 41, and a predetermined voltage can be applied to the light emitting element 41. Can be prevented. Furthermore, it is possible to inform the battery depletion state by reducing the illuminance of the light emitting element 41 by causing electricity to flow through the diode 42 due to heat generated by continuous energization.
[0024]
In order to use the hair cutting device configured as described above, the heater wire 31 between the comb teeth plates 21 and 22 is in contact with an appropriate length portion of the hair while combing the hairs with the comb teeth portion 20. The switch piece 50 is turned on. As a result, the heater wire 31 is energized and generates heat, and the hair portion in contact with the heater wire 31 can be burned out easily. In addition, the ends of the burned body hair are not sharp unlike when cut with a blade such as a razor or razor, and become rounded, resulting in cracks at the tip of the hair as with the blade. There is no fault. In addition, when the heater wire 31 is energized, the light emitting element 41 emits light and can notify the user of the energized state. By reducing the illuminance of the light emitting element 41 by the diode 42, the battery consumption state can be confirmed. Can let you know. Therefore, the user can perform hair processing while confirming the battery consumption state.
[0025]
In the above embodiment, the case where the power source is a battery has been described. However, the power source is not necessarily a battery, and an external power source may be used. In this case, a converter for converting a voltage and / or current input from the connector part of the external power supply, the external power supply, or both may be incorporated in the processor body 10.
