Next, the operation of the embodiment configured as described above will be described. First, it is installed along the traveling path of the drawn wire P. After that, the wire insertion hole 27
25 and 21, the wire P is passed through the cylindrical main body 2 at a predetermined speed while being inserted into the cylindrical main body 2, and the liquid supply port 11
A higher-pressure cleaning liquid is sequentially supplied into the cleaning liquid chamber 6. Then, the high-pressure cleaning liquid supplied to the cleaning liquid chamber 6 is sequentially supplied to the nozzles 7.
And is sprayed into the cylindrical main body 2 to clean the traveling wire P to remove the deposits such as lubricating oil and metal soap adhering to the outer surface thereof. At this time, since the nozzle 7 is formed in a ring shape over the entire circumference of the cylindrical main body 2 together with the cleaning liquid chamber 6, the cleaning liquid is injected through the nozzle 7 inward from the entire circumference of the cylindrical main body 2 with a uniform injection pressure. Therefore, the entire outer periphery of the traveling wire P can be always uniformly cleaned and cleaned. The cleaned wire P is sequentially discharged to the outside through the rear insertion hole 27 of the cover body 26, and the cleaning waste liquid is collected in the collection chamber 19, and then discharged to the drain port 22.
Through the drainage pipe 23 to the outside.
