Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always keep clean the interior of a nozzle pipe by causing precipitate, etc., in the nozzle pipe to flow into a communicating pipe so as to be discharged even when a container is being washed. SOLUTION: In this bottle washing machine, a plurality of nozzle pipes 5 extending across the advancing direction of containers being transported are arranged between a feed water pipe 7 for feeding washing water to each of the pipes 5 and a communicating pipe 8 in communication with each of the pipes 5 in such a manner that one of the opposite ends of each pipe 5 is connected to the pipe 7, while the other end of each pipe 5 is connected to the pipe 8, and nozzles 10 are disposed so as to be spaced at predetermined intervals on each of the pipes 5 to spray washing water on the containers 4, wherein a water discharge means is provided in the pipe 8 to limit the amount of the water discharged from the pipe 8, so that, during the washing of the containers, water is discharged from the pipe 8, while the spray pressure of the nozzles 10 is maintained at a predetermined pressure or more. Further the pipes 5 are connected to the pipe 8 so that washing water falls down from the pipes 5 to the pipe 8.

However, in the technology disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-48392, the on-off valve is opened about once or two days after the end of the work to drain water. Therefore, accumulation of lees and dust during the work is undeniable. In addition, when the outside air is sucked from the injection nozzle, the dregs and dust accumulated in the injection nozzle are discharged together with the dregs and dust collected in the water pipe during the suction of the outside air. It can be removed, but it cannot be prevented. In addition, the conventional Japanese Utility Model Application No. 59-19
The technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 598, although preventing the clogging of the nozzle, requires a complicated opening / closing mechanism, and since the rinsing pipe itself has a blow hole, the number of rinsing pipes is reduced. When the amount of water increases, the amount of outflow of water increases, which in turn leads to an increase in the amount of water used. Further, the outflow amount of water and the injection pressure from the injection nozzle are not taken into consideration, and there is a disadvantage that the injection pressure from the injection nozzle is reduced during the outflow.

In view of these circumstances, the present invention reduces the amount of washing water used and reduces the accumulation of sludge and dust in the nozzle pipe, particularly sludge-like sediments generated from washing components contained in the washing water. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bottle washing machine having a nozzle pipe washing device capable of preventing the problem.

A drainage means 14 for limiting the amount of drainage and draining water is connected to the drainage port 13. The drainage means 14 includes a drainage pipe 15 and a control valve 16 capable of adjusting the amount of flowing water. The drainage pipe 15 connected to the drainage port 13 penetrates through an opening formed in the machine frame 6a to wash the bottle. It is taken out of the machine and connected to the control valve 16 to drain water from the communication pipe 8. The drainage means 14 is set so that the flow rate of the control valve 16 is maintained within a range where the injection pressure of the washing water injected from the nozzle 10 is maintained at a predetermined pressure (about 1.5 kg / cm 2 ) or more. At the same time as the jetting of water, that is, while the container 4 is being washed, the amount of water discharged from the communication pipe 8 is limited.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged front view of the right end of FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a side view thereof. As shown in the figure, the communication pipe 8 has a rectangular cylindrical shape, and has a connection hole 18 penetrating through the inside and outside on the upper surface thereof.
Are formed. A connection cylinder 19 having a flange formed on the outer periphery is fixed to the connection hole 18 by welding. The nozzle pipe 5 is connected to the upper surface of the communication pipe 8 via the connecting member 17. This connecting member 1
An opening 7 is formed on the inner side surface and the lower surface of the bottle washing machine so that both openings communicate with each other.
Insert the tip of one end 9a into the opening on the inside of the bottle washing machine,
The nozzle 10 is positioned upward and fixed by a ball plunger 20 provided on the connection member 17. Further, by inserting the connecting tube 19 into the opening provided on the lower surface, the communication pipe 8 is communicated from the nozzle pipe 5 so that the washing water sent into the nozzle pipe 5 drops from the nozzle pipe 5 to the communication pipe 8. It is composed. The upward movement of the connection member 17 is restricted by an L-shaped bracket fixed to a door 22 that closes an opening 21 formed in the machine frame 6a.

As shown in FIG. 4, a drain 13 is formed at the right end of the communication pipe 8 so as to be connected to a drain 14. The drain 13 is opened such that the lower part thereof is equal in height to the inner lower surface of the communication pipe 8.
The washing water therein, in particular, the sludge-like sediment that precipitates here, is formed so as to be easily discharged from the inside of the communication pipe 8. In this embodiment, the drain 13 is formed at the end of the communication pipe 8, but the drain 13 may be formed directly on the lower surface.

The operation of the bottle washing machine according to the present invention will be described below. Cleaning water containing a cleaning component having a predetermined flow rate and a predetermined pressure, which is pumped by the pump 12, is fed into the water supply pipe 7 through the water supply pipe 11, supplied to each nozzle pipe 5, and discharged from each nozzle 10 to a predetermined injection pressure. Then, it is sprayed into the container 4 accommodated in the holder 3 located above, and the container 4 is washed. At this time, the control valve 16 of the drainage means 14 connected to the drainage port 13 formed in the communication pipe 8 sets and opens the flow rate within a range where the injection pressure from each of the nozzles 10 is maintained at a predetermined pressure or more. The cleaning water is drained from the communication pipe 8. Without draining from the communication pipe 8 and the nozzle pipe 5 as in the prior art, the nozzle 10
When the washing water is injected from the nozzle 10, the nozzle 10 farthest from the water supply pipe 7 in the nozzle pipe 5
First, that is, sludge-like deposits generated from the washing components in the washing water are accumulated or accumulated at the end portion 9a. However, as described above, the drainage of the washing water from the communication pipe 8 causes the flow of the washing water from the nozzle pipe 5 to the communication pipe 8, thereby causing sludge-like sediment to flow from the nozzle pipe 5 to the communication pipe 8. 8 is acted upon. In particular, by connecting the washing water from the nozzle pipe 5 to the communication pipe 8 so as to fall as in the present embodiment,
Its action is promoted. Further, the sediment or the like flowing into the communication pipe 8 is sequentially discharged from the drain 13. In addition, each nozzle pipe 5 is communicated with the communication pipe 8,
Since the water is drained from the drain port 13 from here, it is possible to discharge the lees and the like with a smaller amount of drainage than the conventional technology.

In this embodiment, the nozzle pipe 5 and the communication pipe 8 are configured so that the washing water drops from the nozzle pipe 5 to the communication pipe 8 through the connecting member 17. It may be formed in a rectangular prism shape, and the nozzle pipe may be directly connected to the upper part of the communication pipe on the inner side of the bottle washing machine so as to have a drop with respect to the lower surface of the communication pipe. Further, the control valve 16 is used as a means for limiting the amount of drainage from the communication pipe 8 of the drainage means 14. It is also possible to use a formed orifice or the like set to a value determined from the injection pressure.
Furthermore, although the present embodiment has been described with reference to a bottle washing machine for washing the inner surface of a container, the present invention may be applied to a bottle washing machine for washing the outer surface of a container.
