In order to achieve the above object, a top plate of kitchen furniture according to the present invention comprises a front descending portion hanging down to a front end of an upper surface portion, and side plates hanging down to left and right ends of the upper surface portion. Part, a folded piece bent at right angles from the left and right ends of the front descending part toward the side plate part is formed by bending one metal plate, and the folded piece is overlapped on the upper surface of the front end of the side plate part. A top plate of kitchen furniture to be combined, which is provided beforehand between the folded piece and the side plate portion in a deployed state before bending of the metal plate to bend the folded piece toward the side plate portion. Continuing with the notch portion, the folded portion and the side plate portion are located on the extension line of the folding curve of the upper surface portion and the forward descending portion, and the upper surface portion, the side plate portion, the forward descending portion, and the folded portion are located. Linear shape close to and approximately parallel to the fold curve A notch is provided in advance, and the straight notch is bent into an R shape at a bent corner between the upper surface and the front descending portion, and the straight notch is bent in the R shape. Is formed as an opening hole in the form of a quadrant arc in the folded piece and the side plate along the R shape, and an inward step formed in the overlapping portion of the front end of the side plate with the folded piece. Thus, the folded piece is overlapped so as to be substantially flush with the side plate portion, and the overlapped portion of the folded piece and the side plate portion is fixed by welding.

[0009] In the top plate of the kitchen furniture according to the present invention, in the unfolded state of the metal plate serving as the material of the top plate before bending, the folded piece on the extension of the folding curve between the upper surface and the front descending portion is formed. A straight cut portion located near the side plate portion and close to and substantially parallel to the fold curve between the upper surface portion, the side plate portion, and the front descending portion and the folded piece, the folded piece is oriented toward the side plate portion. It is provided in advance in a continuous manner to the notch for bending toward the front, and by appropriately setting the width dimension of this linear cut, the bending of the front descending part hanging down from the front end of the upper surface part is bent. At the time of processing, it is possible to form the bent corner portion between the upper surface portion and the forward descending portion into a rounded R shape according to the widthwise dimension of the linear cut portion. In addition, since the folded piece is overlapped so as to be substantially flush with the side plate portion, and the overlapped portion is fixed by welding, the conventional TIG welding which required skill in welding and polishing work is performed by an unskilled person. It can be replaced by projection welding, spot welding, etc. Note that, as described above, the straight cut portion provided in advance in the unfolded state of the metal plate before bending is deformed into a quadrant arc-shaped opening hole after bending to form a side front end as a top plate. Although it is exposed in the portion, it is relatively inconspicuous in appearance because it is located on the side surface portion as the top plate, and there is no practical problem because the size of the opening portion is small.

Then, in the unfolded state, the linear cut portion 1f is deformed by right-angle bending of the front descending portion 1d from the upper surface portion 1a, and becomes 1/1 between the folded piece 1d at the front end portion of the side surface as the top plate 1 and the side plate portion 1c. It is represented as a four-arc opening hole 1f '. In addition,
A quadrant arc-shaped opening hole 1f 'formed by deforming a straight cut portion by bending the upper corner portion 1a and the front descending portion 1b so that a bent corner portion C is formed into an R shape, Since it is located on the side surface of the top plate 1, it is inconspicuous in appearance, and since the width of the quadrant arc-shaped opening itself is about 1 mm or less, there is no practical problem.

As described above, the top plate of the kitchen furniture according to the present invention is located at the portion between the folded piece and the side plate portion on the extension of the folding curve between the upper surface portion and the front descending portion and the upper surface portion. And a straight cut portion close to and substantially parallel to the fold curve of the side plate portion and the front descending portion and the return piece is connected to a notch portion for bending the return piece to the side plate portion side. The bent portion between the upper surface portion and the forward descending portion is bent into an R shape by the straight cut portion, and the straight cut portion is formed along the R shape in a state where the bent portion is bent into the R shape. The folded piece and the side plate are exposed as quadrant arc-shaped opening holes, and the folded piece is formed substantially in the side plate part by the inward step formed in the overlapped portion with the folded piece at the front end of the side plate. The folded piece and the side plate. The joining part is fixed by welding, so it is possible to replace conventional TIG welding with work that can be done by unskilled workers such as projection welding spot welding, etc., improving work efficiency and reducing costs by using unskilled workers Furthermore, since the corners between the upper surface and the forward descending portion are formed in a rounded R shape, there is an effect that safety in use and improvement in appearance can be achieved.
