It is necessary to make a plurality of holes for passing the 40 screw portions in the plywood panel 110 and the heat insulating material 170, and it is necessary to repair the holes formed in the heat insulating material 170 later, which is inferior in quality and takes time. Had issues. In addition to this, since the plywood panel 110 is used in combination, it takes time and effort to attach the heat insulating material 170 to the plywood panel 110 and to remove the plywood panel 110 after casting, which is not excellent in workability and leads to an increase in cost. Had issues. Furthermore, plywood panel 1
When the mold 10 is used several times as a mold, in addition to the above-mentioned holes, it gradually peels off from the end and breaks, so that it is difficult to hold the original shape, it is difficult to use the mold many times, and frequent replacement is required, and cost is reduced. In addition to the necessity, if the plywood panel is used several times as a formwork, it gradually peels off from the end and breaks, so it is difficult to maintain the original shape of the plywood panel, it is difficult to use it many times, and it must be replaced frequently. It is expected that the production of plywood panels will be reduced due to environmental damage such as a decrease in tropical rain forests because the main material of the plywood panel is southern materials such as lauan. Mass use over a long period of time was difficult. Also, since each part is fixed with screws etc., it takes time to install and dismantle the formwork, and at the time of installation, skill such as nailing without making a difference between adjacent plywood panels There is a problem that much work is required and labor costs are increased.
