Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a sweater without getting out of shape thereof caused by getting an out of shape at an elbow or by a washing, capable of beautifully exhibiting a pattern provided by a loop transfer, good in wear feeling, and excellent in recovery from an elongation by using covered elastic yarns consisting of elastic yarns having each prescribed fineness and drafting ratio for a knitted fabric having a pattern produced by the loop transfer. SOLUTION: This sweater consists of a knitted fabric having a pattern produced by a loop transfer, and the knitted fabric is produced by using a covered elastic yarn obtained by twisting an elastic yarn, such as a polyester-based or a polyether-based polyurethane elastic yarn, with a non elastic filament yarn, etc., such as a cellulose-based fiber and a polyester-based fiber. For the covered elastic yarn, an elastic yarn having 15-70de fineness and 1.8-3.2 drafting ratio is used.

2. Description of the Related Art Sweaters used for outerwear, sports and the like are indispensable garments for cold weather protection. In recent years, complicated knitting patterns have been required, and one or more stitches called transfer patterns have been required. Sweaters with clubs are increasing. However, the more complicated the pattern, the higher the design effect, but in the transfer pattern, the knitted fabric is not formed by the same continuous stitch loop, but the transfer causes the loop to twist, Alternatively, because of the hanging phenomenon, the form stability tends to decrease, and the elbow part comes off when worn (elbow drop phenomenon), and the form retention during washing tends to be insufficient.

[0003] Therefore, a sweater having a complicated pattern has a large amount of room to prevent its shape from being bent or stretched, or the sweater is systematically devised so that it is hardly stretched. For sweaters that fit, a simple sweater that avoids complicated patterns is manufactured to prevent problems due to shape loss.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the present inventors have developed a sweater having a transfer pattern,
As a result of intensive studies on conditions under which the shape does not collapse due to wearing or washing, the present invention has been achieved. In the sweater with the transfer pattern, the form of the stitch loop is different between the transfer part and the other part, and in the transfer part,
Alternatively, the loop is pulled to a wale that is further away, and the loop is present in the knitted fabric in a state where the loop is stretched diagonally. Therefore, the loop of the transfer portion is in a suspended state.

For this reason, the difference in the pulling force of the loop between the transfer portion and the other portion is large, and the knitted fabric is in an extremely unstable state in which the balance is lost. A further loss of balance causes a shape loss. Accordingly, the present inventors have found that it is only necessary to make the tension balance between the transfer portion and the non-transfer portion almost equal in order to prevent the shape from being lost due to wearing or washing, and have reached the present invention.

[0009] In most cases, these stalk tissues are
In the transfer portion, a convex portion or a concave portion is formed in the knitted fabric, or an opening portion is formed in the knitted fabric. The sweater of the present invention uses a coated elastic yarn for a knitted fabric. The coated elastic yarn can be applied to the knit
It is preferable to use one or more courses every 5 to 5 courses.
The elastic yarn in the coated elastic yarn has the effect of reducing the difference in loop suspension force between the transfer portion and the other portion. In other words, in the transfer portion, the loop is pulled to a wale adjacent to or more than a distance away from the loop, and is extended obliquely and suspended. In this case, the difference in the pulling force of the loop between the transfer portion and the non-elastic portion is apparent with only the inelastic yarn, which causes the shape to be lost. In the present invention, the yarn on the surface of the inelastic knitted fabric is used. At the same time, since the coated elastic yarn also forms a loop, the knitted fabric tends to be reduced due to the contraction force of the coated elastic yarn. Focusing on the loop of the knitted fabric at this time, the loop of the coated elastic yarn is reduced by contraction, but the size of the loop does not change because the loop of the inelastic yarn does not contract.

[0010] Therefore, the difference in the pulling force between the transfer portion and the non-transfer portion generated at the time of transfer is extremely small because the pull force of the transfer portion becomes extremely small due to shrinkage of the knitted fabric. Thus, there is no difference in the pulling force of the loop, and the sweater has good form stability without losing its shape.
By using the coated elastic yarn on the knitted fabric at all courses or at least one course every 1 to 5 courses, a sweater with good form stability without shape collapse can be manufactured. Although the effect is obtained even when the first needle is moved to the needle, the effect is more clearly seen when the needle is moved to two or more adjacent needles.

In the present invention, the coated elastic yarn is a yarn obtained by twisting an elastic yarn and a non-elastic yarn of a filament yarn or a spun yarn, a yarn obtained by winding a non-elastic yarn of a filament yarn or a spun yarn around an elastic yarn, Alternatively, it is a yarn in which an elastic yarn and a non-elastic yarn are integrated by some method, such as a yarn in which an elastic yarn and a non-elastic yarn of a filament yarn or a spun yarn are entangled with air or the like. Preferably, the elastic yarn and the inelastic yarn are twisted.

The inelastic yarn used for the coated elastic yarn in the present invention may be a cellulose fiber, a polyester fiber, a polyamide fiber, a polyacrylonitrile fiber, or
Any fibers such as cotton, wool, and hemp can be used. A filament yarn, a spun yarn, and an elastic yarn of these fibers may be used as a covering elastic yarn. Also, the inelastic yarn covering the coated elastic yarn may be the same as or different from the inelastic yarn serving as the surface yarn of the sweater, but when the same, the color difference is higher than that using other fibers. This is preferable because there is no problem due to the above and the weight is reduced, so that the sweater appearance does not have a sense of incongruity.

[0014] The knitted fabric of the sweater is knitted with elastic yarn for clothing,
Regarding the method of containing, if the inelastic yarn of the covering elastic yarn is the same as the surface yarn of the sweater, it may be knitted as it is, but if the non-elastic yarn of the covering elastic yarn is not the same as the surface yarn, the knitting of the sweater What is necessary is just to knit by the pulling-out of a front thread and a covering elastic thread, the plating etc. which specify the arrangement | positioning of the front thread and a covering elastic thread of a sweater, and knit simultaneously.

The elastic yarn in the coated elastic yarn in the sweater of the present invention needs to have a denier of 15 to 70, preferably 20 to 40. If it is less than 15 denier, the contraction force of the elastic yarn is insufficient, and the effect of alleviating the pulling force of the transfer portion does not appear, so that the shape easily collapses. On the other hand, if the elastic yarn is thicker than 70 denier, the contracting force of the elastic yarn is too strong, which easily causes omission during transfer knitting, making it difficult to manufacture a knitted fabric and expanding and contracting power such as a swimsuit and a leotard. Because of this, the sweater becomes a very unique field, and the loop of the inelastic yarn has too much margin, the loop protrudes from the surface, and there may be a problem in terms of consumption performance such as pilling and snagging. When the thickness of the elastic yarn is 15 to 70 denier, the sweater does not lose its shape and the pattern by transfer is beautifully expressed.

The set ratio of the elastic yarn used in the present invention is 30
When the set ratio is less than 30%, dimensions are not fixed in a heating finishing process such as a steam setting, and the dimensions may change with time, or may vary in size or lose shape. Cause. On the other hand, if the setting ratio is larger than 70%, the elongation and the elongation recovery rate of the elastic yarn itself tend to decrease, and it is not good to cross knit the elastic yarn.
