Description

【0001】
【0011】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a so-called Zocky pantyhose knitted alternately with covering yarn using polyurethane elastic yarn as a core yarn and nylon filament yarn as a wound yarn every course.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, with the advent of polyurethane elastic yarns, so-called Zocchi pantyhose, which uses polyurethane elastic yarn as the core yarn and nylon filament as the wound yarn, has become extremely prominent. Zocchi pantyhose made by knitting a single covering yarn using polyurethane elastic yarn for the core yarn and nylon filament for the wound yarn alternately for each course is excellent in elasticity and moderate It is expanding rapidly due to the feeling of wearing.
However, these single-covering yarns (hereinafter referred to as SCY) are knitted in pantyhose that are knitted with S twist and Z twist alternately for each course. There are few things that can be satisfied in terms of durability.
On the other hand, a so-called DCY Zocchi pantyhose that uses double covering yarn (hereinafter referred to as DCY) for all yarns is commercially available. Although this DCY Zocchi pantyhose is satisfactory in terms of durability, it is unpopular for women who have a strong squeezing feeling when wearing and prefer a soft squeezing feeling.
Furthermore, conventional SCY and DCY zock pantyhose have a large difference between the dimensions before wearing and the elongation after wearing due to the characteristics of the polyurethane elastic yarn of the core yarn. At present, there are few products that are popular among women who prefer soft feeling.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention provides a pantyhose that is excellent in elasticity while being a zokkki pantyhose and has a soft wearing feeling and little tearing (initial tearing) during wearing.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention takes the following means in order to solve this problem. That is, the present invention is (1) two or more covering yarn dry heat setting ability of the polyurethane elastic yarn is different to dispose the core yarn Ri Na organizes every course, the polyurethane elastic yarn disposed in the core yarn PSD140 pantyhose difference ℃ is characterized 20% to 70% der Rukoto.
(Here, PSD 140 ° C. means the permanent deformation rate after 100% elongation of polyurethane elastic yarn and dry heat setting at 140 ° C. for 60 seconds.)
(2) A covering yarn made of polyurethane elastic yarn having a PSD of 55 to 95% as a core yarn and a covering yarn using a polyurethane elastic yarn having a PSD of 20 to 45% as a core yarn is knitted for each course. The pantyhose according to claim 1.
[0005]
The present invention will be described in detail below.
Two or more types of polyurethane elastic yarns are used in the present invention from the viewpoint of dry heat setting. The difference should just be PSD140 degreeC 20% or more, Preferably it is 20-70%.
The polyurethane elastic yarn having a high dry heat setting property may have a PSD of 140 ° C. of 55 to 95%. Such an elastic yarn is obtained mainly by a melt spinning method, and so-called ester type polyurethane having a urethane bond and an ester bond is preferable.
[0006]
On the other hand, the PSD 140 ° C. of the polyurethane elastic yarn having a low dry heat setting property may be 20 to 45%. Such elastic yarn is obtained mainly by a dry spinning method, and so-called ether type polyurethane having a urethane bond and an ether bond is preferable.
[0007]
These polyurethane elastic yarns are preferably 10 to 40 denier.
The nylon filament yarn used for the winding yarn of the covering yarn in the present invention can be any of nylon 6 and polyamide synthetic fibers such as nylon 66 and 46. Nylon filament yarn denier is preferably 5 to 30 d.
[0008]
The pantyhose according to the present invention includes a covering yarn in which the polyurethane elastic yarn having a low dry heat setting property is used as a core yarn and the nylon filament yarn as a wound yarn, and the polyurethane elastic yarn having a high dry heat setting property as a core yarn. It is obtained by knitting the covering yarn using the yarn as a wound yarn alternately for each course (1-2 alternating), and dyeing and finishing.
The covering form may be either SCY or CCY, but DCY is preferable from the viewpoint of durability.
[0009]
What is important here is that when the above knitted fabric is dyed and finished, heat treatment is performed under the condition that the set rate of the urethane elastic yarn having high dry heat setting is 30 to 80%, preferably 30 to 60%. is there.
Specifically, it is preferable to set at a temperature of 110 to 130 ° C. for 5 to 30 seconds at either the preset or final setting.
[0010]
The knitted fabric obtained by the above method is used as at least a leg part to form a pantyhose.
Such panty stockings can be prevented from tearing when worn due to the large difference between the dimensions of the SCY Zocchi pantyhose, which has been regarded as a problem in the past, and in particular the stretch dimensions before wearing of the DCY pantyhose. It was possible to obtain a zokkypantyhose that was excellent in quality and wearing feeling and reduced the difference between the dimension before wearing and the dimension after stretching.
[0011]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to examples. In the examples, “%” means “% by weight”.
[0012]
(Permanent deformation rate)
A load of 1 mg is applied per fineness of the polyurethane elastic fiber, and L0 is taken as the sample length. Next, the sample is stretched twice and subjected to a dry heat treatment (140 ° C. × 1 minute) in the stretched state, relaxed at room temperature for 1 hour, and the length L1 is measured under a load of 1 mg / d. The set rate is calculated using the following formula.
Permanent deformation rate [%] = (L1-L0) x 100 / L0
