【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、ペットボトル等の
ボトルのキャップ、ラベル等の異物を自動的に取り除く
方法に関する。

【従来の技術】従来、ペットボトル等のボトルをリサイ
クルする場合、キャップ、ラベル等の異物は手動により
除去してからシュレッダーで粉砕していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記従来技術にあって
は、キャップ及びラベルを手動で取り除いていたので極
めて能率が悪いという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記問題点を解
決することを目的とし、ペットボトル等のボトルを中心
軸に沿って２分割し、キャップ、ラベルを自動落下する
如くしたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明の実施の形態を図示した実
施例に基いて詳細に説明する。１はコンベア２上に一定
間隔で横向きに載置されたペットボトルで、両側より挾
持具３，４により固定され移送される。コンベア２上所
定位置にはペットボトル１の中心軸に沿って垂直に回転
するカッター５が配設され、下端はコンベア２の凹部２
ａに嵌入するようになっている。６はキャップ、７は胴
部に熱収縮により付着したラベルである。
【０００６】次に作用について説明する。図１の如く、
ペットボトル１を横にしてコンベア２上に一定間隔で載
置し、図２の如く挾持具３，４で両側より挾持固定す
る。次いでコンベア２を移送すると、ペットボトル１の
中心軸に沿って垂直に配設されたカッター５が図３の如
くペットボトル１を中心軸Ｏ−Ｏに沿って縦に２分割す
る。従って図４の如く、キャップ６は６ａ，６ａに２分
割され、熱収縮により付着したラベル７も７ａ，７ａに
２分割され、ペットボトル１も１ａ，１ａに２分割され
夫々の収納箱に自動落下する。２分割された本体１ａ，
１ａのみリサイクル工程に移送される。

【発明の効果】本発明によると、ペットボトル等のボト
ルを中心軸に沿って２分割し、キャップ、ラベルを自動
落下する如くしてあるので、ペットボトル等のボトルの
キャップ、ラベルを極めて簡単に自動的に排除できる。
