Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 繊維束がマトリックス材料によって含浸される繊維束の含浸方法において 、繊維束は支持体上に位置し、支持体は該支持体上に置かれている繊維束ととも に含浸機を通って導かれることを特徴とする含浸方法。 2. 請求項1記載の含浸方法において、繊維束を固着するために引張応力が繊 維束にかけられることを特徴とする含浸方法。 3. 請求項1または2の何れかに記載の含浸方法において、前記繊維束は含浸 工程の前に温められることを特徴とする含浸方法。 4. 請求項1ないし3の何れかに記載の含浸方法において、マトリックス材料 が支持体を通って繊維束に導かれることを特徴とする含浸方法。 5. マトリックス材料で繊維束を含浸するための含浸機を有する繊維束含浸装 置において、支持体は繊維束を受けるために備えられ、また前記支持体は移動可 能で、さらに含浸機に近接して配置されることを特徴とする含浸装置。 6. 請求項5記載の繊維束含浸装置において、前記支持体は固定されたハブ部 と回動接触面とを備える車輪であることを特徴とする含浸装置。 7. 請求項5または6の何れかに記載の繊維束含浸装置において、前記支持体 は複数の平行に案内された繊維束を受けて含浸するように組み立てられることを 特徴とする含浸装置。 8. 請求項5ないし7の何れか記載の繊維束含浸装置において、複数の支持体 が連続して配置され、該支持体は繊維束の両側から含浸することができるように 、互いに向かい合って移動することを特徴とする含浸装置。 9. 繊維束をマトリックス材料によって含浸する繊維束含浸装置において、支 持体が繊維束を受けるために備えられ、繊維束を受けるための支持体領域はマト リックス材料を透過可能で、また前記支持体領域はマトリックス材料の一定の耐 浸性を有するように均質に構成され、さらに該支持体領域は、とりわけ結合する 繊維束の耐浸性よりも高いマトリックス材料の高耐浸性を有していろことを特徴 とする含浸装置。 10.請求項9記載の繊維束含浸装置において、繊維束を受けるとともにマトリ ックス材料を浸透可能に組み立てられた支持体領域は高耐浸性を有する円筒部と して組み立てられることを特徴とする含浸装置。
