Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 熱交換表面の上へのコークス沈着の同時的低減のもとに炭化水素類から 加熱クラッキング生成物を製造する方法において、 そのクラッキングされるべき装入物に20〜1000ppmの有機結合ケイ素 と有機結合硫黄との含まれた添加物調剤を添加し、そしてその混合物を、400 ないし1000℃の範囲内の温度を有する熱交換表面と接触させることを特徴と する、炭化水素から加熱クラッキング生成物を製造する方法。 2. その熱交換表面が、管状反応器及び/又は熱交換器の内側金属壁である ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の炭化水素から加熱クラッキング生 成物を製造する方法。 3. そのケイ素と硫黄とを含む生成物が、(1)ケイ素と硫黄とを含有する 1つ以上の揮発性化合物、(2)ケイ素含有揮発性化合物と硫黄含有揮発性化合 物との混合物、及び(3)ケイ素及び硫黄を含む揮発性化合物とケイ素を含む揮 発性の、及び/又は硫黄を含む揮発性の化合物との混合物の中から選択され、そ の際ケイ素対硫黄の原子比がそれぞれ5:1ないし1:1であることを特徴とす る、請求の範囲第1項に記載の炭化水素から加熱クラッキング生成物を製造する 方法。 4. 100ppmより多い硫黄を含む硫黄リッチ装入物の場合に、ケイ素対 硫黄の原子比が5:1ないし1:1のケイ素含有揮発性化合物のみを添加し、但 し最高でも300ppmの純粋なケイ素含有化合物であることを特徴とする、請 求の範囲第1項に記載の炭化水素から加熱クラッキング生成物を製造する方法。 5. そのケイ素及び/又は硫黄を含む化合物が、トリメチルシリルメルカプ タン、ジメチルスルフィド、テトラメチルシラン、ビス−トリメチルシリルスル フィド及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求の 範囲第3項又は第4項に記載の炭化水素から加熱クラッキング生成物を製造する 方法。 6. そのクラッキングされるべき装入物が、50ないし400ppm、好ま しくは50ないし200ppmの添加物調剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求 の範囲第1項に記載の炭化水素から加熱クラッキング生成物を製造する方法。 7. クラッキングされた最終生成物が、例えばエチレン、プロピレン、ブタ ジエン及び他の低級オレフィン類のようなアルケン類とジオレフィン類から成る 群より選択される、請求の範囲第1項に記載の炭化水素から加熱クラッキング生 成物を製造する方法。 8. 高温用鋼から成る管状反応器の中の熱交換表面のコークス形成を低減す る方法において、炭化水素類から成るそのクラッキングされるべき装入物に20 ないし1000ppmの有機結合ケイ素と有機結合硫黄との含まれた添加物調剤 を添加し、そしてその混合物を、800ないし1000℃の範囲内の温度を有す る熱交換表面と、装入物及び/又は反応生成物と一緒に接触させることを特徴と する、高温用鋼から成る管状反応器の中の熱交換表面のコークス形成の低減方法 。
