Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.毛管(1)が、それ自体公知のプラスチックで被覆された石英毛管であるこ とを特徴とする、試験漏洩部位用の漏れ量を決定する毛管。 2.毛管が、クロマトグラフィーに基づいて公知の毛管柱である、請求項1記載 の毛管。 3.毛管がホルダー(3)を装備し、かつ該ホルダーが、気化ノズルの形式で構 成された構成部品である、請求項1又は2記載の毛管。 4.ホルダーが気化ノズル(3)であり、該気化ノズルの内径は、毛管(1)を 前記気化ノズル内に接着により固着できるように、毛管(1)の外径に等しい、 請求項3記載の毛管。 5.毛管(1)が、気化ノズル(3)のねじ山部(5)の側でノズルオリフィス 内に接着されている、請求項3又は4記載の毛管。 6.ホルダー(3)のヘッド部(4)の下側にシールリング(6)が装備されて いる、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の毛管。
