Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリヒドロキシアルカノエートを含む組成物の押出しフィルムまたは押 出し被膜の製造方法であって、組成物の溶融層をポリマーの最適結晶化温度より も20℃高い温度から20℃低い温度までの範囲内の温度である表面に供給して 、フィルムまたは被膜を形成する方法。 2.組成物が12またはそれ以上のメルトフローインデックスを有する、請 求項1記載の方法。 3.ポリマーが350,000またはそれ以下の重量平均分子量を有する、 請求項2記載の方法。 4.ポリマーが30%を越える結晶化度を有することができる、請求項1〜 3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.ポリマーが式: −O−CmHn−CO− [式中、mは1〜13であり、nは2mまたは(mが少なくとも2である場合に は)2m−2である] で示される単位を有する、少なくとも1種のポリヒドロキシアルカノエートを含 む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.ポリマーがポリヒドロキシブチレート、好ましくは、少なくとも70% のヒドロキシブチレート残基を含み、残部がヒドロキシバレレート残基であるポ リヒドロキシブチレートーコーバレレートである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記 載の方法。 6.結晶化温度が35〜85℃、好ましくは50〜70℃である、請求項5 記載の方法。 7.核形成が成核剤によって誘導される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の 方法。 8.成核剤が窒化ホウ素である、請求項7記載の方法。 9.ポリマーが立体規則性である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。 10.ポリマーが生物学的に産生されるポリヒドロキシアルカノエートであ る、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.溶融ポリヒドロキシアルカノエートの層を、0.1〜0.5mmのダ イギャップを有するダイに通して溶融押出しによって表面に供給することを含む 、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.表面がチルロールの表面である、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の 方法。 12.組成物が表面に直接接触する、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方 法。 14.組成物をボードの紙上にコーティングする、請求項1〜12のいずれ かに記載の方法。
